Agreed for this company to replace my resin driveway in October last year and now wish I hadn’t!
After agreeing works the start dates slipped a couple of times.
The driveway was laid and a new step installed but unfortunately all works due on the contract were not completed.
The painting of the protruding garage door area wasn’t painted as agreed and the new step wasn’t pointed up.
Despite assurances from the installers that I wouldn’t get weeds coming through they have started to appear along edges.
Several attempts have been made for them to fix these issues with only promises made (we’ll need to wait for better weather etc)
Last week I received a call from them saying they would call me back that afternoon with a fix date - I’m still waiting!
This company make lots of promises but don’t deliver so I can’t only say is don’t use unless you want problems.

I used this Company in 2025 to lay a resin surface on a rear patio and was mainly satisfied with the work. Satisfied enough that is to contract them again this year to lay the same surface on a drive and frontage. The agreed starting date was Monday May 4th (I was assured that even tho’ this was a Bank Holiday, work would commence on that date). The weather throughout that week would have allowed the project to be completed by Friday 8th May. However, not only did work not start until Wednesday 6th May, completion was not achieved until Thursday 21st May. It is a pity that although the work was completed to a satisfactory standard, during that 3 week period in early May, I was lied to, misled with regard to work completion dates, inconvenienced and at times I suspect regarded as a bit of a joke. Given that this work cost nearly £5000, I would suggest that this behaviour is not that of a responsible Company which respects it’s customers.
Despite the finished work being to a satisfactory standard I would not employ the Company again and could not without qualification recommend them to other prospective customers.

This company was excellent three years ago when they laid a resin driveway to my home for a very fair price.
A fortnight ago, I contracted them to complete similar work in my back garden and they confirmed that they would start yesterday (12 May 2025) and said that they would ring me the Friday before to confirm. This didn't happen so I rang them on the Saturday when they confirmed that they would arrive as scheduled. On the day, they rang 10 minutes after they were due to arrive to say that would now arrive on Tuesday 13 May 2025 between 11 and 12 (she was very specific as to these times). When they hadn't arrived by 12 I rang to be told that they would check with their staff. At this point I sent an email cancelling the contract as I was on the last day of my 14 day cooling off period. At 2.30, I was rung to be told that the workers were at my home. I explained that I had cancelled the contract and they tried to talk me out of this. When I insisted that I still wanted to cancel, the reply was "it's cancelled" and the phone was put down on me. After some prevarication, they have now returned my deposit. As I say, I am very disappointed as their previous work and communication was excellent but this recent experience has been unpleasant. Additionally I took time off work to await them and these days have been wasted.

left no access after doing whole drive with concrete base coat.had to walk up neighbours path and stand on a wall 3 feet off the done concrete and jump through an open gate onto the inside ground to miss the wet concrete.( WAS told access would always be possible by the rep who measured up and that he'd pop in to see how things were going ). after complaining told access would be there as resin takes a day to cure.was asked for our ladder and a wardrobe side as workers " had nothing"?....this was left leaving approx 2 feet away so couldn't reach front door to close or lock it once stepped out.needed someone in to close door behind you.CONSTANTLY asked for lend of tools...driver bit for drill....a wire brush...screwdriver....then have I got a cordless drill!!!....( not too bothered but driver bit not returned ) was told once power lead was plugged in would not be bothered again?.....must've meant apart from tools/ladders etc????.....drainpipe removed off side of house to put down resin left off...had to replace ourselves.roadway and drain on opposite side of road left in disgusting state...will need to jet wash it ourselves .( we have no paved area in street so road used by neighbours/public).total lack of customer care regards to access to home etc.driveway work is good but looking back i would personally look elsewhere.bad experience.this company's website lists its email as something else but you can't find anywhere to give a review.theres only good ones posted.not a surprise really.....replaced low drainpipe that this company had left lying by our bin gate only to find the gate that they'd borrowed my cordless drill to remove and replace after the resin no longer fits its opening? IT DID BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT!!!....also found 1 of its 3 hinges just lying on the ground.....STILL no visit from the rep who said he'd pop in as it was being done and would be in touch to make sure finished drive was OK......AVOID and look elsewhere!!!
