Pre-paid for my curbs to be painted in January. Follow up emails kept apologizing but as of today, June 23rd, no service.
I left a voicemail and sent an email that if I do not hear from them today I will going to my bank with the emails to get my money back.

Does anyone know how to reach this place? The phone number I have just goes to voicemail and no one is returning my calls. I placed an order three weeks ago for some curb painting and I prepaid ($50). I need an answer or I’ll be disputing this charge with my bank.

Paid for a service and the work has not been done till this day 3 weeks later. After several attempts over the phone and email nothing. They put flyers on your door and return for the payment info the following day. Ironically they had time to return for payment info but not to perform the service at the time they're there collecting their$$$
AVOID!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY

Update: after a month my curb has been painted
Update: they finally came by to paint my curb approximately 2 weeks after leaving the negative review and they did a wonderful job. I can understand a backlog, but when you prepay and don’t receive an update after a month, it can make one nervous. Had there been some type of communication on how long it would take them to come out, it would have avoided any issues.
I received a flyer in my mailbox and prepaid to have my address painted on my curb thinking I would be in front of the line by prepaying. Sure wish I would have read the comments first. It has been 2 weeks and have not received anything. DO NOT PREPAY!

Avoid at all costs! 1 month later, no work done.
Placed a pre-paid order July 3rd, which was confirmed July 5th.after no activity the first week, I sent an email asking when? they replied by the end of next week(july 25th), no work done. Another Email sent, and the new reply was by Aug. 5th. Still nothing done. no explanation... paying $50. for 2 for 2 curb numbers I could do myself for $10 worth of spray paint cans and stencils, in under 20 minutes..
steer clear of these guys! if it takes over a month to get service.. how good can they be?
just a Heads-up.. their contact address is the Ritz-Carlton Hotel , McKinney. my guess is they can't be found if you look for them..

I pre-purchased a curb painting with a Texas flag and the job was never done. It's been two weeks and the vendor has not responded to my emails or voice message. According to the flyer that was left on my mailbox, they were only going to be in the area for 48 hours.

Fraudulent Company!!
Fraudulent Company!!! RUN AWAY. Paid Online $50. Sent 5 emails and left 6 voicemails and no response from June 18th. Have not completed work and took my money. I've placed a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this company at all cost!

We actually received thousands of correspondences that we had to go through. We have been in the process of switching over our administrative platform and there were some kinks that we had to work through. We are so sorry that it took us a while to get back with you. For the record all of those emails have been responded to and your money was refunded. We have thousands of satisfied customers, but every once in awhile we have a hiccup. Sorry about that.

Paid with a credit card over 3 weeks ago. No work has been done and repeated calls left on answering machine not returned. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The owner was having some family issues, more specifically his grandmother was suffering with dementia pretty bad and we were in the process of getting her in a home and it made things a little stressful. Well Done for Christmas

Ignored the no solisiting sign
Ignored the no solisiting sign on my sidewalk, taped their trash ad to door. What a great way to get attention. If they are this mindless on their introduction I can only imagine the risks of trusting them with work or billing.

Fast, Reasonable, and Outstanding Result
Omar did an excellent job, painting flag addresses on each side of the driveway and a number on the curb near the corner. The work was done quickly at a reasonable price and the result is outstanding.
