We booked a trip to Antarctica — exciting in itself, but naturally there are a lot of moving parts and plenty of things that can go wrong. Luckily, with Steve, the entire experience has been seamless.

From changing our details, booking the trip, answering questions, providing advice, dealing with credits and discounts — we basically just tell Steve what we want to do and somehow he makes it happen.

Our original Antarctica trip ultimately didn't happen, so we had to go through cancellations, refunds, future travel credits and eventually rebooking a completely new trip. It got complicated pretty quickly, at least from our end. With Steve, it never felt complicated. We told him what we wanted, he figured out everything that needed to happen behind the scenes, and now we're booked for Antarctica again.

But honestly, one of the things that stands out the most is just how incredibly responsive and genuinely nice he is. And when I say responsive, I mean responsive. Early morning, lunchtime, late at night — I don't think I've ever waited more than a few minutes for a response. At one point I actually had to ask him what time zone he was in because I couldn't understand how he was always answering so quickly.

You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with and wants everything to go right for them. Planning a trip like Antarctica is a big deal, and having someone like Steve handling everything makes a huge difference. We couldn't recommend him enough — and considering we've already trusted him with Antarctica twice, I think that says it all.

The trip was truly an adventure—of a lifetime. Glaciers, wildlife, polar sunsets, and memories we’ll cherish forever. None of it would have been so seamless without Steve’s expertise, warmth, and dedication. He didn’t just book a cruise; he crafted an experience and stood by us every step of the way.

Ann Sinclair worked out all the details for us. We flew into Oslo, spent two days there. The hotel was perfect and the location was centrally and well located. Train transportation to Bergen was worked out well. We did a 12 day cruise through Hurtigruten and the check in at cruise terminal was easy. The cruise was great. We did a Coastal Express Roundtrip. Our excursions were well coordinated by Ann. Staff on board was great as was the food and accommodations. We were well pleased with all arrangements and highly reccomend Hurtigruten and Cruise Norway!

The cruise was magnificent, the food was excellent quality and the staff all friendly, but approach them with a smile and appreciation so we always try to bring the best out of people.

Diana at Cruise Norway did a wonderful job for us. She not only handled the basic bookings but she went the extra mile to fix and update things, as well as to book for us our three most important excursions when the Havila website wouldn't let us do it directly. I highly recommend Diana and hope we can do a cruise through her again.

Prompt booking for excellent expedition at incredible price. Everything was taken care of within 48h. There was a minor hiccup during the cruise about an offering, but this was resolved rather quickly.
