10/10 would recommend Sea Sun Vacations! Long time fan of Christine’s content, so finally decided to pull the trigger and get JC looped in for our next voyage. It’s been so easy to communicate with him, he responds to emails so promptly, and handled taking over my future voyage voucher with Virgin Voyages so we are all set to go. From the moment you step on the ship being greeted by so many happy people to the cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The restaurants are all top-notch and very delicious. The galley will give you everything in anything you could possibly want to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and so much more all incredibly served and so very fresh and clean. The entertainment is absolutely amazing. All the shows the activities available. You just can’t ever be bored on Virgin Voyages!! The biggest plus!! No children!! so you’re free to be the adult you wanna be or just relax and not worry about having children around.

If I could give JC a thousand stars, I would. I HATE dealing with "middlemen". I'd much rather book direct in most cases, but JC made me a believer!!!!!! I am going on our first Virgin cruise in a couple of weeks and I can tell you that you should definitely book your cruise here. JC will give you the "white glove" treatment. He will respond to all/every questions you have leading up to your cruise and Christina Lozada gives you all the info you need by watching her wonderful videos. I am ready because of this awesome team to enjoy our first cruise as a virgin on Virgin!

Discovered JC and Christine from YouTube and FB looking for info on Virgin Voyages. As a Canadian I had reached out to local travel agent who took almost 2 weeks to reply. Decided to reach out to JC, who responded the same day. Was able to get me a better deal for my cruise.

I valued Jason's opinions on the best options for our cruise and he was spot on correct with when to cruise, the room choices and the benefits using his services. When I had any questions, no matter how small they were, he answered them immediately! We are continuing to use him and the agency for all of our travel. Definitely top rate and I highly recommend!

We had such a great experience working with Sea Sun Vacations and JC (Jason) for our upcoming Virgin Voyages cruise!
After our original honeymoon cruise didn’t go quite as planned (thanks to illness and lots of solo wandering around the ship and ports 😅), we decided to plan a “honeymoon redo” — and we wanted expert help. We’ve followed Christine Lozada for a while, and she always says to book with JC… and wow, she was right.
Jason helped us book a 5-night sailing with a great cabin, Sailor Loot, and a solid bar tab. Then I came back with a “what if?” — a longer repositioning-style cruise that sounded amazing. Even though we were already past final payment, Jason handled everything seamlessly. Somehow, we ended up with more future voyage credit, more Sailor Loot, more bar tab, and a longer cruise at an incredible value.
Jason was quick to respond, incredibly patient with all my questions (and there were many 😄), and consistently professional. It honestly feels like we’re getting twice the cruise for half the cost — with extra perks. We’ll absolutely book with Sea Sun Vacations again and highly recommend JC and Sea Sun Vacations!

We came across JC’s information while watching Christine Lozada’s videos on You Tube, and we’re glad we did. While planning my 40th birthday cruise, we decided to reach out to see if he would be able to help. His responses were timely and he was very helpful in not only booking the trip, but also with our follow up questions. As busy as he has to be, we really appreciated that he didn’t sound or it didn’t feel as if we were bothering him.

We’re excited about the upcoming trip he has helped us book, and for booking future trips with him.

Looks like I'm on the minority here, but here goes. Booked through JC because was told could usually get sailor loot for most sailings/cabin types. Got on the ship and didn't see any OBC but thought I'd give it 24 hours before reaching out. The next morning sent an email to just inquire if there was supposed to be any loot. If not I'm fine by that, however what transpired for the remainder of my trip was not what I expected from a top first mate. No response to my email inquiry, then on day 3 sent a text. No response, so on day 4 sent another text just to verify if my messages were being received. Finally a response!... "you didn't book through me" seemed strange as all email communication received from VV had his name as my first mate. Sent screen shots of this immediately as well as went directly to sailor services on board to verify if my reservation was linked to an agent. Immediately Virgin confirmed he was my first mate. Messages going forward were about how he couldn't see my booking and would investigate why that was. Original issue never addressed and communication went dark after day 6. Still haven't heard anything, not that it matters a month after my sailing. Unfortunately have two more sailings booked through his link, not expecting much for these too.

The little background: I wanted to book my 40th birthday cruise next year and it just so happens to be my very first cruise ever. A big, nervous, exciting moment and the first step was to book it. I really had a lot of questions and concerns but JC really took the time to answer all my questions and ease my mind to the whole process. Even when I thought I couldn't get more annoying as I picked his brain, he made me feel valued and always had speedy replies. All this over Thanksgiving week! All I had to do was let him know what was important to me, like the type of cabin, and being on the right deck that would strike balance between location, quietness, and motion on the seas. He knew just the suite for me and I trust his knowledge. I previously watched a couple YouTube videos and he's no stranger to the experience with Virgin Voyages. This gave me absolute confidence in the booking. If you're in the same boat as me or maybe you're not new to cruises but new to this line, I would reach out to Sea Sun Vacations LLC. They're pros!

I am so grateful for the time, patience, and expertise i have been shown through the service i have received booking a future cruise.

Everything you hear about JC from Christina Lozada's travel content (socials, YT, pods, etc.) -- or ANYWHERE ELSE -- is 100000% spot on and correct.

JC is the best. He is the REAL MVP... Truly the most professional, kind, attentive, PROMPT, and talented travel agent I didn't even know could exist.

He has found me -- multiple times -- several deals that no one else could beat, and his response time is unlike ANY professional I've ever worked with. (real example, I message him w/a request at 2am PST, and it's already done by the time I wake up at 8am).

He also is very upfront with the reality of things, like "If you want this, book before [date], it WILL go up... " or "here's how to cancel/get refund for that other thing, I can beat that deal, here's how ____".

Personally, I change my mind a lot, and he never judges, and just simply does his magic to make things SO easy for me. I've booked my VV Sailing with him (and re-booked it like 3 times..) and now am working BTS to get another sailing going with a group of friends.
