Online ordering was easy but delivery never came on the pick day for an important presentation.

Crosstown blame courier & courier blames crosstown then the best bit you have to wait 10 days for a refund !!! Crap service…

Very overpriced doughnuts for what they are. We all love doughnuts in this family but none of us liked these 😞
The flavours sounded lovely but didn't stand up to the taste test. Such a shame but won't be buying any more in future! Stick to one of the "cheaper" high street places.

Visited the Bristol store near the triangle in May 2024.
I was impressed with the selection and freshness of doughnuts on offer, with some quite unique flavours like their Sri Lankan cinnamon or the Madagascar vanilla, but my favourite is the peanut butter caramel and banana (plus it's vegan).
The taste and texture is on point, and I really liked the additional seeds in some of the limited edition flavours. But buyer beware if you have facial hair...their filled doughnuts are FILLED, and it can get messy.
I've had coffee from here each time I've been in and have found it well balanced, and it's bitter notes pair nicely with the doughnuts sweetness.
Finally a big shout out to Nic and his team, Chris and Luke for their excellent service.

Update: Finally got the gift box this afternoon by spending 20 minutes chasing with DHL directly, who contacted the depot and sent the courier back. The doughnuts are over 24 hours old according to DHL's tracking info, but they still look and taste fantastic - the quality of Crosstown's packaging and vegan products are really impressive, in isolation that would warrant 5 stars.
Sadly, their customer service is non existent; I still haven't heard anything back from/been able to reach anyone at Crosstown, and don't expect to judging by the other low reviews on Trustpilot. If I hadn't been able to get DHL's customer support to intervene we would be completely in the dark and out of pocket, and that's not OK.

Crosstown are great for walk-ins, just don't pay the £8+ delivery charge for an order that'll link you straight to a completely misleading tracking page which they apparently have no intention of ever actually updating, while all your attempts to contact them go unanswered.

Ordered a gift box for my partner well in advance, confirmation emails linked to a tracking page with my selected date confirmed as the delivery date and the window shown as 7AM-3PM: We waited all day on his actual birthday for them, nothing arrived, no replies to my emails to Crosstown and no answer on their customer support line. That evening(!) I got an email from DHL, again waited in all morning the following day only to have the delivery falsely marked as complete around 12pm. This whole time Crosstown's tracking page shows the original (now outdated) delivery info, still no replies from Crosstown customer support, and I can't get hold of anyone on the phone despite calling repeatedly. At the price point they charge for this it's quite frankly insulting and bordering on theft. I appreciate they're a smallish bakery company, but if they can't deliver a basic service then it just shouldn't be offered, much less charged for at a premium. Huge waste of money that just added a bunch of ongoing stress and inconvenience to what should have been a lovely relaxing birthday. Avoid their delivery "service" like the plague.

Amazing Vegan Doughnuts - really clear on the allergens and great I could pick vegan options for delivery, they were delivered on time and still tasted fresh once they reached Manchester, great birthday treat and will be treating myself again when I'm back in London

Client rated me less after working so hard for them and they didn’t pay on time

Ordered some doughnuts to be delivered to some friends, the delivery was missed and I've now spent over a week just trying to talk to someone about a refund. No one answers their phone line (EVER) and I'm not getting a reply to any emails, bar one, clearly pre written reply that didn't help me at all. They've taken a payment of over £30 and given me nothing.

Great coffee - always with a smile and time for a chat. Shout out to Athena and Sabine who always remember regular order.

We ordered the Vegan Christmas doughnuts selection for a party. Very nice selection with exotic flavours (Spiced apple and miso caramel was a definite favourite!). Our vegan friends were well pleased

Lovely donuts, fresh and tasty if a little spenny!

Terrible ice cream. I was passing a mobile crosstown cart in central London (near London Bridge) and spotted their ice cream. Ordered one scoop of dark chocolate and sea salt. Big mistake. Completely flavourless, watery and sugary. One small mouthful and the rest went straight into the nearest bin.

Ordered kind of last minute for a friend, with a special gift note and they packaged and delivered in less than an hour! Everything went smoothly despite the specific delivery requirements and the surprise was very well received!

I purchased during lockdown, I hoped as they had a local shop they would deliver fresh doughnuts. Didn't disappoint, I ordered the Work 6 pack, they came late afternoon, so after my shift. Flavours were mostly liked and enjoyed, when I shared the price, the other tasters felt it was worth it. Buy this over Doughtnut time as they do not sit for a day with a courier.

No call back from either

Several hours later. No donuts. On a £30 order.
