I've known of the website for years, but didn't try them until recently when they started accepting paypal. The business appears to be located in New York, so you don't have to worry about shipping from somewhere odd.

The prices appear good at first glance, but they catch you with high shipping fees at checkout. Was $16 shipping in my case for what was a fairly small order. Additionally, I got a partial refund on the order, as apparently one of the items I purchased was out of stock or something.

I ordered chocolates and suhariki, the chocolates were in an insulated bag with ice bags, so at the very least they didn't skimp on shipping. My package was shipped next day, and arrived quickly.

I would order from RussianTable again if they had something I couldn't find elsewhere; which for international snacks is often the case.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. I placed an order, they took my money, cancelled my shipping, will not return a call or email. No one should order from them, this place is HORRIBLE.

The taste of the salted pork ("salo") was not good. The weight of the item received was notably smaller than it was claimed.

The order was split into two parts and delivered on different days. It would be good to notify clients about such things. I was very disappointed when I received only a part of my order and was notified that the entire order was delivered. But eventually, everything ended up well. Of course, it is better to order perishables in cold seasons. But glass jars were packed extraordinarily well.

I ordered two smoked mackerel. When it finally arrived even the tiny ice bag was HOT. I sent the company 4 emails informing them my fish arrived hot and is not safe to eat. I requested a refund and even a return label so I can send it back. I have not received a single response.

All of my items arrived safe and packed well. They package the glass bottles by far better than any other retailer I tried before. The shipping is worth it if you buy glass bottles, just by how much care they take by wrapping the bottles making sure they arrive safe. There website is simplistic and works well and I had no issues with tracking.

Второй раз за год заказываю товары на этом сайте...Сначала пару недель ждёшь пока они соберут посылку (или что они там делают,непонятно),пока не позвонишь или не напишешь (сурово),никаких движений. В результате получаю посылки и некоторых товаров нет. Безо всякого оповещения или что-то ещё. Когда научитесь работать? Или закройте лучше ваш сайт,не морочте людям головы.

Don't order from that store, my order was placed month ago, they took my credit card Info I and never received anything. Emails and phone messages unanswered. Bad company.

Prompt service and quality packaging. Unmatched selection of items from Ukraine, Russia, etc.

I’m editing my review. The company got back to me within a day and my order got delivered in a day too after I had said something. Seems like processing the order was taking a bit but I’m very pleased with everything I received and will recommend and be back! Good job!

I have just placed my 2nd large ($150-200) order through RussianTable.com. The 1st order had been delivered fully, well packaged and within a reasonable time frame. No complaints.

The 2nd order which I had placed I expect to be completed as the first one.

The main issue is that once the order is placed, the site doesn’t give you any order #. The only thing it says is “YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!” and to direct questions to orders(at)russiantable(dot)com.
No email confirmation is sent upon completion of the order. And I cannot find any email that shows me that they ever send one (even a few days later, which can happen with some businesses). So until the order is delivered you just have no way of knowing if you just gave away your card information or sent money and won’t receive any products.

I choose to trust this company, knowing that my 1st order was delivered (I believe fully). But I just wish I had a sense of security after the order is placed. Just an email with order confirmation would be nice.

Otherwise they have great prices and a wide selection. Their prices and selection is even better than RussianFoodUSA.com (which is a more established site).

If my 2nd order is completed with no issues, I will continue to use this site. I have no reason to believe that it wouldn’t be so far.

Part of order wasn't delivered, was NOT refunded as well. We call it scam! Plus delivery cost just crazy expensive.
