I phoned up and spoke to a very helpful Alex at CRK. My windows, thay had been done by CRK a few years ago needed resealing. They came the next day, we're super friendly and happy to help. Took 10 mins and they are as good as new. I highly recommend CRK, not just for new windows but dor their after care of existing windows.
We have recently used CRK for the first time and highly recommend them. We had 2 windows and a front door, great people, product and very reasonable price. We will defiantly be using them again.

Seen them working near me, 2 vans, 1 man working the other 2 men spent nearly an hour talking very loud to each other, then went in van for tea break, why have 3 people there if they just going to stand around
Has put the people nearby off the idea of having them do any worj
If this the case 2 of them we roofers and one was from crk why 2crk vans, which 1 crk worker could not have driven both, also you say it like you know where this happened, but I have not said where, which is really creepy

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. However, it sounds like there may have been some confusion. The workers you saw were actually from a roofing company that was attending the site the same day as us. They aren’t directly employed by CRK, but were subcontracted by the customer we were working for.
To provide a bit more context, we had three workers on-site that day—two working at the rear of the property and one at the front. The other two gentlemen you mentioned were contractors from a different company, which explains the two vans you saw.
Based on your description, the only job we were working on at the time that involved two vans was this particular property. If we’ve misunderstood, we do apologize. We’ve tried reaching out to you directly but, unfortunately, it seems the contact number we have is incorrect, and we haven’t received a response to our email yet.

We have used CRK Windows in Hemel Hempstead several times and on every occasion they have provided an excellent service. Even when we had an issue with a replacement patio door it was dealt with promptly and efficiently without any fuss. I am happy to recommend this very professional company
