Excellent company we will definitely use again. No nonsense sales, no fluff just honest price. Just had the door fitted and they were really pleasant fitters and very neat and tidy.

Even though I only needed one window replacing, and that was in Leeds, the team at Minster Windows were really helpful in dealing with my enquiry and provided me with a keen price.
The workmen were prompt, clean and tidy and did a great job.
Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and will definitely use them again.

 

Don’t waste your time, didn’t have the decency to come back to us with the promised quote. If you’re unable to do the work then at least let the customer know.

Had a new front door fitted today. Really pleased with the high standard of workmanship. Everyone at Minster windows have been very helpful and accommodated all my needs. Highly recommend. Thankyou.

From initial contact through to installation we have been very impressed by Minster windows.We had windows,front door and skypod fitted during our home renovation.John and Chris very knowledgeable with surveying.We visited the showroom at Hessay .The staff were helpful answering our questions .The fitting team were professional,friendly and the attention to detail noted. Very tidy workmen.Communication was good.

We've used Minster 3 times now, to fit new windows to the front of the house, a new front door, and then most recently all new windows to the rear.

Each time the rep has been great to deal with and very patient with all of our questions, the surveyor again very knowledgable and offering advice and tips, and then the installers on the day. Most recently they spent 3 days fitting 2 big bays and 2 smaller windows, a challenge since there isn't a right-angle on the place so all had to be adjusted as they went.

Cleaned up afterwards, which I didn't expect at all, all in all a very good experience indeed.

We did had a couple of issues after installation the first 2 times - during the heat wave we experienced, some of the sealant shrunk and fell out, a window board section came loose, a panel slipped on an upstairs bay - every time they came out the same day and fixed it.

Sorry to hear of other's issues but we've been more than happy with our experience using Minster Windows and would recommend them.

Really bad customer service and door quality sadly after spending alot of money we will have to go elsewhere for the rest of the house. Avoid as warranty means nothing to minster or your customers.

So we definitely have not been kicking a new door which cost a lot.
You still haven't fixed the trickle vent on our windows after repeatedly saying they would be fixed.

Then call to say you won't be doing anything else to fix the issue.

So sad that this is how you treat customers.

Minster Windows have recently fitted a new front door with two glass side panels to our property. The process was easy and friendly from initial contact and measuring to fitting. The price for the work was competitive and the finished product looks great. So far so good.

We can highly recommend Minster Windows they were very efficient from start to finish. The two fitters who came were fantastic and very respectful of our home, bringing floor covering for our carpets
everything was seamless and we are very pleased.

Although at the time of fitting all looked well, as soon as the cold weather came the windows were covered in condensation and gaps in the seal have appeared. The windows let in draughts and sound making them useless. The company won't fix and in fact say that if get the seal repaired the warranty is invalidated. As we have a cold April I still had condensation this morning, windows have mould on all the sealant. I feel miserable and trapped. I believe foam filler is recommended for windows but was not used here.

Highly recommend Minster Windows. They have done lots of work in our house and have always been professional and responsive. The only downside is that the prices have gone up a lot and the door they installed was the wrong colour so they had to come back and do it again.

Minster windows were the third company I asked to quote for the install of a back door. The man who came round was polite and explained everything clearly and answered my questions without being patronising (which was not my experience of another firm I had quote). Any emails and queries I had were answered quickly by email and when the door needed a minor adjustment after it had bedded in a few weeks after install this was arranged and completed quickly and efficiently. The area was left clean and tidy. I am very happy with my door and the service provided by Minster windows and would use them again.

I’m a returning customer to Minster products for the screen for my van first one I purchased was absolutely excellent and when I sold the van the new owner was delighted to take the cover away.
I’ve now bought a different van and again straight back to Minster products to buy a cover for my new van all I can say is that from start to finish my experience with them has been nothing short of excellent thank you so much Graham.

Awful after sales service, avoid this company.
We had windows fitted by another company taken over by Minster windows. The Minster invoices state that Millennium windows is incorporated by them. A joke.
Many of the locks and handles failed after a couple of years. We paid for a Minster windows employee to come and fix the windows and paid for a replacement handle that he broke. The French windows door handle he supposedly fixed doesn’t work. Minster windows have failed to respond to numerous emails and phone calls over several months. P
Our pleadings have been completely ignored and promised phone calls never made. Our money appears to have been stolen.
We had a door replaced by Minster windows, they fitted the wrong colour.
This company have no morals, no after sales service worthy of the name. Go elsewhere.

I’ve recently had my front door replaced by Minster. The work was carried out in a most professional manner to a very high standard. (Thanks Mick!) The product is first class and was installed perfectly. No mess and no fuss, you can take it that I am a very satisfied customer!

I honestly cannot rate Minster Windows enough! Amazing service throughout, no hard selling, continued updates, and a wonderful new front door!

The quality of the fitting on our new door is honestly amazing. Our old door was a total bodge job, and fitted really poorly, so it was really tough to replace. The new door looks so smart, it's completely transformed the room and the front of the house.

Every time I've been in contact, I've had a quick response and great service.

If we ever need new doors or windows, we'll definitely come back to Minster.

I can’t recommend Minster Windows enough. I asked for a no nonsense quote no pressure selling and that’s what I got. John was easy to deal with and didn’t harass me to buy. He gave me a quote and left me to decide, novel experience compared to other companies. They kept me updated as to when fitment would occur. Two fitters duly arrived on said date and did an excellent job. They were friendly and gave a explanation of the door and windows at completion. Would and will definitely recommend them.
