I want to say a huge thank you to Matt Diplock and the entire Credit Plus team. When my Ford Fiesta (purchased through Credit Plus) suffered an engine failure, it could’ve turned into a legal nightmare. Instead, Matt stepped in as a true professional — chasing down responses, holding the dealer accountable, and keeping me updated every step of the way.
He coordinated independent diagnostics, escalated things internally, and ultimately got the dealership and warranty company to agree to a full engine, turbo, and wet belt replacement at no cost to me (besides a £200 post-repair service contribution). The repair was completed under a 12-month parts and labour warranty — and none of it would’ve happened without Matt’s persistent, strategic handling of the case.
As a young customer, it’s hard to find companies that actually treat you fairly. Credit Plus didn’t just sell me a car — they backed it up when it mattered most.
Thanks again Matt. This was your win as much as mine.

Harassment
I made an enquiry and then decided not to use Creditplus by just logging out of their website. I have now received 20 calls in three days, plus text messages after I blocked the number. It feels very much like harassment and I now have no desire to use a company that harasses me. I don't want their product and the constant calls smacks of desperation which makes me highly suspicious.
Wow what can I say, brilliant!
Wow what can I say. I filled out an application form for car finance with not much hope in getting anywhere, however Carly called me the next day, went through everything, sent me some cars over and I sent her one back I liked. Process took 3 days, I collected my car 11 days after initial contact (due to garage doing mot etc) and payment was sent to garage immediately after a call with the finance team. I'm overwhelmed how efficient and easy it was to deal with considering I'd never had a car or car finance so 5 star service all round! Thanks all!
Misleading and a Complete Waste of Time
What an absolute joke of a company. I got a text saying I was approved, logged into the customer portal, and it confirmed the same – “approved.” Then comes the usual sales call asking what I wanted to spend, followed by a request to upload proof of income. Did all of that, only to get another generic text saying the lender had declined me.
No explanation, no accountability – just false hope and wasted time. If you enjoy pointless admin, mixed messages, and being messed around, Credit Plus is the place for you. Otherwise, steer well clear. Total waste of time and energy.

As a company you have recommended quality part x which finalised a car for me which I got the car on the 1/07/2025 as I trusted you guys to be referred to a dealer who are reliable numbers of times I asked about the company after getting the car I am now left with no v5 logbook numbers of times I am having to go through this you as a company getting your commission, I don’t see how you could put me in a situation with a company who has no care of duty or any services at all also I was threatened by one of the staff at the time of collecting the car. Creditplus as a company you disgust me I will take this far as I can
Great company Great experience
From start to finish the whole experience was exceptional, first contact was made with Rebecca, who I dealt with mainly by text as I was at work, when I finally did get to speak with her I found her friendly, warm, knowledgeable and professional. Rebecca remained calm throughout the whole process of me choosing a car, then changing my mind or finding out the car had been sold and having to look again, once the car had been chosen and all paperwork signed again most of this can be done by text, which helped me as I was working, I was then passed to Charlie who again was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was explained clearly and when I ran into delays picking the vehicle up Charlie was able to let the dealership know for me. Picked the car up, so happy with it and will definitely recommend Creditplus to others and will use them again.

I was wrong , from start to finish I had a great experience, easy , consistent communication, Pierre was amazing . You can’t go wrong with these guys even when you feel there is no hope due to your credit score ! Or even no credit score !

Please do not use Credit Plus as the Middle Man for car insurance. Absolute shambles, terrible customer service. I was totally misinformed by three employees of Credit Plus. I asked a certain question and was told repeatedly both by text and telephone that all was acceptable and consequently I signed my car finance Agreement and then the next day they sent me a text, they did not even bother to call me to say that the Application was suddenly retracted. Shame on you Credit Plus, you are are one of the most unprofessional organisations that I have ever dealt with.

At the time of looking for a replacement vehicle my credit score was through the floor, my original lender nor my high street bank didn't want to know me. But thanks to CreditPlus who got me back in the driving seat, even though there interest rates are a bit higher my repayments are much much more manageable and paying weekly is a breathe of fresh air rather than paying monthly. Continued……See my other review dated 1st April. I have spent the last week taking several calls from Tom (complaints handler) after he seen my review about me receiving terrible customer service and care from their MANAGER JACK, not the first negative review I have seen about this person/company either. What a complete waste of my time, I wish I read the reviews before contacting them! Toms calls cut off after every five mins on the dot as he can’t be bothered to keep his computer screen active and the call therefore cuts out, I found this out after the 6-8th time of it happening! Causing him to call me back and apologise and say he doesn’t know what happened! This then forces me to sit through security questions and provide answers again! I’m pretty sure he even suggested I cut him off in one of the early calls when really it was him not bothering to keep his screen active or change his settings! Saying I was the only person it has happened too! Unreal!
He failed to address several of my original complaints points and when I flagged this he suggested that the other points of my complaint ‘super-ceded’ this. How very professional of this company to invalidate someone’s complaint point and fail to even discuss the points raised! One of my points was around security questions that Jack failed to go through and this was missed in my complaints calls, a massive breach! I received a verbal apology, no compensation for my torture of dealing with this company and wasting weeks of my time! I was stung with the higher rate of road tax after this company failed to explain the proper procedures to me and made me feel patronised due to his manner and left me thinking that everything was a done deal to the very last minute when they decided to tell me that I would need thousands of pounds as deposit. I would avoid contacting them and use another reputable company. They left me thinking everything was ok and a done deal until the very last minute! I had to chase them for updates and was never told the most up to date position. I was contacted/disturbed when I was in an important meeting even though I had flagged that I would be unavailable during this 1 hour window. It seems nobody reads any notes or bring themselves up to speed with the customers case/records?!
I managed to get finance elsewhere in a matter of hours and drive my car away that day.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere…..

Honestly Pierre is probably one of the most helpful people ever. He made the process super easy, was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. Buying a car for the first time can be extremely stressful and nerve racking but Pierre was very patient! I would definitely recommend creditplus!
