Great customer service!
They try to help the customer get what he/she needs without any obligation and answering all questions. Very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend the CPAP clinic.

It’s awesome that they have supplies…
It’s awesome that they have supplies and gear in stock when you need it.
Downside.... they don’t direct bill Blue Cross. They only do it with Green Shield. They should direct bill all major insurance companies. Not just one.

I was referred to the Clinic by a friend because they got very good services. I had a similar experience. The response to any issues is very prompt and they ensure that you are one extremely satisfied at the end. It is a one- stop place for all your CPAP needs....... awesome place !!!

Cpap Clinic,Once Rob realized that it wasn't helping, everything changes, he when from being nice,to not returning calls, and left the machine for a month.Then I got a email saying that my 30 day trial was up.Still no one called.Finally I called them and the owner and his wife came to my house to pick it up.They where rude and I guess upset because it didn't"t work for me.I guess they put on a great show when they think that your buying, but if you don"t, they became rude and angry.I think it might help if the owner took a course on speaking english, because I can never understand what he is saying.
