The cover is much too big. I added the extra dimension suggested by your instructions when really my measurements would have been correct and would have allowed enough fitting room.

With Covid, the covers arrived in about 4 weeks. They were shipped from India. We chosen custom made with the highest grade material as the covers are being used to protect our outdoor sofa set plus side table. They are extremely well made snd the fabric appears to a nice thickness to it and not too stiff. We did enquire over the phone about our fed ex tracking and the customer service was exceptionally polite and helpful. We are happy with the service.

The cover was not made to the requested specification and does not fit the table I wanted the cover to protect.

The cover seems to be of good quality although seems to be larger than ordered. Very disappointed to find I was ordering off an Australian site but the cover is made & sent from India. So much for trying to buy Australian made. Contacted customer service about delivery as the company was sending emails about delivery time. In the end the delivery was longer than they said. Customer Service was rude.

My cover arrived yesterday well packed and no damage in transit. The cover is very fitted and literally tailor made - wow what a brilliant job - fits like a glove and excellent quality material. The extra velcro handle straps were a welcome surprise too! So rare to get what you order in such high quality these days i highly recommend their covers.
