Courses4me is by far the best online education provider i have studied with, if anyone is even considering online learning i would recommend you speak with them first.

I completed the domestic and family violence support course with them and now im doing what i was ment to do working with young families that have been traumatised from domestic and family violence

The best online education provider!!

Starting my DV course 18months ago I’ve finally finished and graduated.
From the very start everything was explained in great detail and the support provided has been outstanding.
I could study at my own pace and not feel rushed.

The payment plans are so simple and genius that anyone wanting to study can afford to do so.

The advisor I spoke with definitely knew their stuff and could tell they are passionate about DV.

The best thing about Courses4me is not only the unlimited support but how much they actually care.

Anyone wanting to upskill I definitely recommend having a chat with the friendly team at Courses4me before you make any final decision.

My last review has been removed, apparently because I haven't studied through them... but they still take payment every week? I would recommend avoiding this company if you are wanting genuine quality education, they just sign you up lock you into a contract then you get no help or correspondence with them.

There 'certificates' don't actually give you a qualification. My "genuine" advice is go through your local tafe, if you decide your not wanting to continue you stop and aren't stuck paying it off, none of this 3 day cooling off rubbish when you haven't even started studying yet to know if your happy with the content!

I am now getting emails from Commercial credit asking me what my intentions are for 2023 regarding the rest payment?

MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT

The assignments are really easy to understand, it’s great not to be on a timeline/ time limit, you can set your own. I’m absolutely loving it.

I'm a single mum of 3 , working full time and be able to manage to fit in with criminal psychology. Very interesting subject and learned a lot from it. I also completed certificate in DV and family violence which also was great to study.
There's no stress and there's the support

Annette understood my situation and was happy to accommodate my payment request.

After reading the reviews I decided to try Courses4me for myself.

Being a survivor of DV I’ve always wanted to give back as the help I had when needed saved our lives.

Polite, Happy & Professional staff. If tutor couldnt help me, she got another tutor to call me straight back.
When I get stuck on "wording of Act explained" I need to know where I can go to look up or seek clarity. I cannot put into my own words, something of which I TO do not understand.

I'm currently studying Advanced Certificate In Relationship Counselling. I'm definitely enjoying the course. There is no pressure or time limit to finish assignments. The course adviser Julie was so helpful and the feedback from the tutors has been great. Student portal is easy to understand also. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments, and is affordable. So far the experience has been great. Once I finish this course, I'm thinking of doing a few other courses with this company.

The contents of the course are great and the resource great too.

Annette was very helpful and responded to emails straight away, we resolved the problem and i can't wait to start study in February.

The Advanced Certificate working with at risk youth has such meaningful and useful modules, and no requirement for work placement! Even if you don’t work in the industry, it has valuable information for parents, on common issues that children and adolescents can encounter. I thoroughly enjoyed learning through this course!

Courses4me is a total scam ! Have told me they will take the entire course fee even though I've asked to cancel. They tell me I received the fine print and course login ,which I definitely did not and I have my proof and witnesses. They plan to take nearly $4000 from me. Telling me with my course login details,there would be a fine print stating a 3 day cooling off period , I did not receive this information nor sign any documentation. Total scum.

Still harassing me to this very day , refusing to let me speak to someone higher than reception. Dont press 3 people,you'll wind up with a very aggressive lady who refuses to listen and hangs up because she's fully aware she's in the wrong. Hiding behind her phone , absolutely disgraceful. I'm ashamed in myself for believing you guys were worth it.

I've emailed multiple times and rung multiple time only to be ignored or laughed at by the extremely unprofessional desk jockey who refused to give her name. I give my name , she can too. I've even emailed Jesse also who I originally spoke to when deciding about the course. I have not received any emails with my login,and I will not provide my medical details. You have been told I cannot pay and Jesse was told I would get back to him regarding centerlink helping with the fees. I notified Jesse that I could not afford it ,and since then I've been harrased and threatened. I will ask you one more time to remove all my details including name, date of birth, address and bank account ,or I will be speaking to my solicitor about this. You've denied me a phone call with a professional instead of a desk jockey. I'm now finding I'm not the only person you do this to , many people have lost because of Courses4me. I'm ashamed to think I nearly paid a company that screws over our important people ( medic,ambo, firefighter,you name it youve screwed them all over. Totally un acceptable. Remove my details and my bank details now please or I will press charges

Once again,I will not be sending you my private health information. I never said to start me on the course as I've stated multiple times I had to discuss money with centerlink, instead I was ignored and now harrased. I suggest you remove my personal information right now. I do not have to and will certainly not be providing my medical details to you. Stop trying to steal !

Finally they've learnt they won't win ! Time to go find a REAL course provider :)
