We love our furniture. Excellent quality. Looks great. After a negative experience with another retailer, dealing with The Cotswold Company was a pleasure!

From start to finish we had a great shopping and delivery experience from Cotswolds Company. From a relaxed stress free shop with no pushy sales staff and a punctual and professional delivery. We also opted to have the furniture put together when delivered and this was well worth the extra cost. All in all we had an excellent experience and will definitely use the company again and recommend to other people. We requested a 2 month delay between ordering and delivery as we were moving house and this was no problem and unlike other companies we bought from at the same time was dealt with efficiently and without any misunderstanding . Cotswold is a modern company providing good old fashioned service and a breath of fresh air.

Furniture is good quality and offers a range of designs for the home. I’m really pleased with my 3 drawer bedside table.
I wasn’t happy that the delivery men refused to take the packing, basically a cardboard box with extra packing material. They could easily have reused it. I would have given 5* otherwise.

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient guys.
Set up our table as we wanted it and showed us how to use the extension.

Furniture came exactly as described. Extremely sturdy and well made. Delivery came on time and driver and his mate were polite and helpful. They placed the Furniture in the room required, built my wardrobe (extra cost) and took all the packaging away. From my initial order to delivery was fault free. I will definitely order from this company again.
