CorpNet has outstanding customer service
I have called CorpNet customer service three times (all due to things falling through the cracks on our side) and every time the person has been quick to pull things up, knowledgeable, and generally calm and helpful!
Each time, the person has helped me interpret or navigate things that likely would have been obvious if the person who initially was setting things up had transferred all correspondence and documents to me when I took over for my company.
I have Autism and do not like making phone calls, so it's impressive that I have had such consistently positive experiences with a customer support line.

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with CorpNet. I placed two corporate orders, both of which were processed incorrectly. One package arrived, but the other is still missing after two months. Additionally, they registered the business under the wrong name, and despite repeated follow-ups, this error remains uncorrected. My representative, Armando, has been unresponsive and evasive throughout this period. I requested a refund after my client demanded one, but have yet to receive any resolution.

Great customer service, I would highly recommend CorpNet. It is extremely easy to talk to a real person and your account manager over the phone or on chat. CS is always knowledgeable and helpful too. My account manager is Sarah Kelly and she has been very kind and patient.

CA SOS Urgent Filing Done in 3 Days!
I needed a CA SOS turnaround in two days. My rep Maxine gave me the necessary information last week, so the client could make an informed decision, and handed me over to Joshua, Amanda, and Ashley while she was on vacation. Not only did no one drop the ball (thanks for following up the very day you returned Maxine!), but Joshua and team kindly kept me informed while I held my private panic attack, worried for my client. The certificate was in my email today and my client will live to see another day! Thank you so, so much.
