We use CorpNet for our Sales & Use Tax compliance, state and local tax registrations, payroll tax account setup and registrations, and much more. One of the things I really appreciate is having our companies, tax accounts, login credentials, and passwords organized and securely stored within the CorpNet portal. Having everything centralized makes it much easier to manage our different entities and stay on top of our compliance needs.

CorpNet offers so many additional services beyond what we currently use them for. While we don't use them for everything, they have definitely earned our trust, and if we needed one of the other services they offer, CorpNet would be the first place I would go.

The entire CorpNet team is amazing, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Alyssa Hernandez. Alyssa has truly become my right hand whenever I need something reviewed, have a question, or need help working through an issue. She is responsive, knowledgeable, dependable, and always willing to help.

I would not recommend CorpNet.

They emailed me about another corporation’s filing deadline, annual report, meeting minutes, and payment link — for a company I do not own or manage.

When I questioned it, they acknowledged my contact information had been added at the account level instead of limited to my entity.

Then they initiated resignation as registered agent for my Florida corporation without my request or authorization, while refusing to clearly answer basic questions about when the resignation was filed, when it would take effect, and where notices had been going for years.

Their attorney later dismissed the issue as an “administrative error.”

In my opinion, this was careless, dismissive, and unacceptable for a company handling corporate compliance and registered agent services.

I would not trust CorpNet again.

Diavion was super quick and helpful with his response about some questions I had! CorpNet has always taken care of our business registrations needs with ease.

It is a tricky place to deal with. They tell you that they can help you to register your corporation. When you start they want you to comleat a form with your details. Then you have to select the servises you need and show the payment details. Then it asks whether you agree with the terms & conditions. Then you should pay their amount. You have to tick the box to proceed. Now the game starts. They have not yet given any informatin about the company you want to start including the suggested name, the members of the director borad members , shre holders or any other essential information to start a company but they have alredy charged your money from your crad. While you fill the web form the site freez. It hapend to many of us. Then that is it. Your money is alredy gone. I payed nearly 790 as I can remember. They never call or or send any email ask for your details until you call them. If you try to cancel they would try to re-pay only little amount mentioning that it is according to the "Terms" you agreed upon. If you decide to proceed, they will call you time to time to finish the work and there will be additional charges. You can get everything if you visit the governmet corporation registration portal for less than 250.

Helen Huckeba called me to ask if we wanted CorpNet to file an annual tax report, but ended up helping me place orders to close several stale payroll tax accounts. She was incredibly patient and waited on the phone while I searched for information needed to place the orders. I was so impressed by her willingness to help me with this given the fact that this is not at all what she contacted me about. Helen made my day! Great customer service!
