They have very good customer service, including excellent phone support. The web UI takes a little to get used to and occasionally seems to have glitches. But at the end of the day I think they are worth every penny.

We started using CorpNet because of the integration they used to have with Gusto, but we stayed because of Erica Ray's above and beyond customer service and knowledge. She is so responsive and has always had the answers to my questions. She is kind and patient with me, as I am learning all about these state agencies for the first time, and she has never made me feel silly for asking a question (even if I've asked it a few times before!). Erica takes great care of us as a client and has made CorpNet a wonderful vendor for us to work with.
