I am unable to comment on their skills etc. as no-one came to carry out the work which was necessary. After a telephone call, in which I was asked the make, model and serial number of the defective boiler, I was told that a visit would be made at the end of the week, and a call would be given before arrival. No call was received after waiting in all day. I have made contact with another engineer who has previously proved reliable.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Copes Heating. We asked Steve and Paul to install a Worcester Boiler and replace all our radiators in our new home. The work was completed on time allowing us to plan other trades to come in. Always friendly and Highly recommend them!

These two brothers fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler, shower unit and heated towel rail to our home. the lads are very friendly and extremely professional and did a superb job of fitting and explaining how everything worked with our new appliances

We contacted Steve from Copes after our boiler had broken. He came round to check what was wrong and after a discussion, due to the age of our boiler and radiators, we decided to have a complete refit. He e-mailed a quote and we arranged a date for the job to be done. Steve and his brother Paul arrived, removed our old back boiler and installed a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i. Steve and Paul are very professional and helpful, they work hard and solved other niggling issues that were discovered. These guys were recommended to us and we are so pleased that we followed that up. 5***** isn't enough

I contacted copes heating as my boiler had packed up. Contacted Paul on the Monday afternoon and Paul said I can pop into you on my way home (which was great as I had 2 young children) Paul arrived around 5:30pm on the Monday evening. After finding the fault we discussed a few options and as the boiler was over 12 years old we decided to have new boiler installed. What can I say other than fantastic, Paul turned up with his brother Steven and the first thing they done was put dust sheets down everywhere to protect my flooring (which I thought was very considerate). 1 month on from the install and I’ve never been happier with my system, I now have a Worcester 30i with an added bonus of a 10 year warranty. I will 100% be calling copes heating for any future plumbing and heating jobs and I’ve recommended them to many people and my mother in law is booked in to have her boiler replaced. Brilliant company, brilliant lads. Thanks guys Joan.

Had this installer come and give quote - he did seem like he was professional at first. However, we booked him in for the work so I got my plasterer & plumber booked in as well. He contacted me back 2 days before booking & told me his now not able to come and do the job (2nd June). I asked him if we can rearrange but I've not heard back from him since 4th June. We have been completely ignored! Not professional and wouldn't recommend him - his very disorganised and if your having work done in your home this could cause ALOT of issues & complications as its done to us now. Also we have 3 children and advised him we've not had a kitchen for over 6 months - this has caused even more delays and issues

Fitted us in got job done quick pleasant lads would definitely recommend to anyone these guys are fantastic

Brilliant Professional Company. Paul and Steve are great, they are honest & hard working. They took the time to explain everything & are very tidy workers. There was no charge for call out. They went above and beyond.  So glad they was recommended to us, 5***** all day long.

Fantastic company. Honest and true and great professionalism throughout. Came to check our boiler, gave an honest diagnosis and we opted to have a completely new boiler installed. Great communication all the way through. Highly recommended.

Great to deal with, expert honest advise from professional people, were advised best way forward was a complete new boiler as old boiler wouldn't last much longer, this proved true as during instillation there were so many additional issues discovered that would have gave us continuous issues in the near future with obvious additional costs.
so glad we took there advise and had new combi boiler fitted as heat distributed around the house is so much better now.

Our boiler was giving us griefs for sometime and then suddenly stopped working. Steve was managed to fit a new boiler installation very quickly for us.
Steve was very professional and listened to what we had to say before offering us any advice.
He is knowledgeable and informed us what he was doing every steps of the way.
He also tidied up the mess and made sure we were happy before he left.

Steve has been so helpful over the past few months, with issues with our boiler. He is always so honest, efficient & reliable. Replaced the boiler today, managed to fit us in really quickly after the old one finally broke down. Reasonably priced and we would definitely recommend. Thank you!

We always have our annual service and any additional work done by Copes Heating. The engineers are reliable and very hardworking as well as being polite and honest people. Whatever they are faced with they will solve the problem with a smile. Their work is efficient and of a high standard.
