Steve recently came to service our boiler and we were really impressed with how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. Communication was clear throughout, and the job was carried out efficiently. Our family have used Steve for years, and he has always been reliable and delivered excellent work.

The Copes lads are a great team. They explain everything so that I can understand, they work quickly and charge a price I'm more than happy with.

Can't recommend these guys enough - thanks again!

The company came to service the boiler back in August and although they left it not working they made repeated visits to solve the problem. It was agreed that a full flush of the system and a magnetic filter was needed so two appointments were made and confirmed. The company failed to arrive for the first visit (which needed one of us to take time off work). They wouldn't return phone calls so communication had to be done via WhatsApp where they were unhelpful and rude. There was no apology from anyone for the inconvenience caused due to their broken appointment or a plan as to how the agreed work could be carried out at a suitable time. A shame as I was hoping they would be a reliable company after their service in August. The technician Steve was really good but he doesn't seem to be the one communicating with customers.

Steve came and serviced our boiler. Steve was really great. He serviced the boiler and explained everything to me. He was efficient and even cleaned up after himself which he didn't need to do. The service was great value for money and a really friendly service. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use again in future.

Superb service. They installed our new boiler, re-piped the gas supply to it, and serviced it a year later. We have had no issues with it. They also attended recently (today) to fix a radiator that had started leaking. The problem was resolved very quickly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Brand new system fitted, boiler and eight radiators, work carried out efficiently and very clean when it was done. Highly recommended.

Had a combination boiler fitted today by Paul and Steve . Tank removed from airing cupboard and boiler fitted in kitchen . As our kitchen is only small and the working space tight to say the least - they carried out the work to the highest standard with minimum mess and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend Copes Heating .

Steve came out to give us a quote earlier in this year, which we were very happy with, but due to having other financial commitments and the fact that summer was coming we decided to wait for a bit.

Unfortunately, before we had managed to get back in touch, our boiler broke down and we had no hot water or heating.

Despite the length of time since quote, and the understanding that he is a busy man at this time of year, Steve was very understanding of our situation and was able to come out to us very quickly to fit a new boiler.

When he came Steve and his team were very professional, they were polite, clean and tidy and once all the work was done all mess was cleaned up. He then took the time to explain everything to me in a way that wasn’t too technical, instead of just expecting us to read the manual which was very helpful.

I would recommend Copes heating to anyone reading this. Cheers guys and thank you Steve!

Parents needed their boiler replacing due to age related issues and needed a new kitchen radiator. Booked in a quote with Copes heating having read their great reviews on the Worcester Bosch website and was not disappointed. Steve took his time to explain the best boiler to install including answering all queries without feeling rushed. Day of install Steve and Paul arrived on time and completed the job professionally without any issues.

Overall excellent customer service (friendly), good communication and always responds to texts. Thank you both, see you next year for the annual boiler service.

We requested a quote for a new boiler & Steve quickly got back to us to arrange to come to see us within the next couple of days. We also decided to have a radiator replaced at the same time. He texted me a final price plus a date when the job would be done. Steve & Paul arrived on time on the Thursday morning as arranged & soon got the jobs done. We were pleased with their work ,time keeping & price . We will be using them again & would highly recommend them .

Was worried a bit about having this job done as I had 35 year old back boiler but within 2 days I had it removed and a state of the art boiler installed..they cleaned and worked hard..also did a few other jobs for me while at my house ...they showed me how to work it etc a good couple of guys who give excellent service at reasonable price

Well, where do we start. Six months now since the first installation. Decided to leave a review until the first trial over the last few months after the winter. Extremely satisfied, they COPED well with the removal of the old unit ( Should have been in a museum) but installed new unit with a smile. Very professional and removed ALL rubbish from the site. Highly recommended and had a very cozy warm winter. Still trying to get used to the remote control box though.

Had radiators moved and added to my central heating. Work had to be done in two parts as I added to the number of radiators I wanted to replace - was not a problem, very accomodating. Responded to all my texts. The place was left clean and tidy, very professional outfit !! Excellent customer service and good communication throughout !! Genuinely can not recommend enough.

Steve & Paul fitted our new Worcester Boiler and wave system back in 2017 after having a few quotes. We chose them as they were local and seemed very genuine. We then have them back out each year to service it. Both are very reliable & professional at all times. Excellant workmanship from both. Definitely come highly reccommended!
