Customer service was very friendly and responded quickly. My order was showing in transit for about a month. i worked with Avril who was friendly, professional, respectful of my situation, and worked with me until I finally received my order. I was hesitant to order as I found them on Facebook and have not had luck before. I received my product and it is beautifully made. This makes a wonderful gift for any wine lover and I will be ordering more for my friends and family.

Ordered 3 full sets - two for gifts which they absolutely loved and 1 to keep! Can't wait to use! Quality is fantastic and the look is true class! We will be back!

There was a slight hiccup with my holiday order, but the service was fantastic and everything turned out fine. De VinVoyage duo gisteren ontvangen. Alleen de verpakking is al schitterend mooi… en dan liggen ze met z’n tweetjes naast elkaar, wat een plaatjes. Hele mooie subtiele gouden kokers met mooie lichtgewicht glazen. Ik kan niet wachten om ze te gaan gebruiken op onze reis naar Noorwegen. Ik heb gelijk een nieuwe set besteld om cadeau te doen.
