Solid quality, nice service
Being a traveller with my family in our camper, the VinVoyage Set was exactly what was missing. Although expensive I’ve decided to order. A bitter sweet taste came up when the delivery was still missing. The communication with Tom was brilliant and I am happy with the perk offered for significant delivery delay.
Quality is absolutely high, kind of a luxury companion rather than a ‚must have‘….

Leverings- en communicatie problemen keurig opgelost
Onderstaande review geschreven met een score van 1 ster.
Mijn mails waren helaas niet gelezen, er zijn twee verschillende mailadressen en de mails heb ik naar een adres verzonden waar ik eerder wel een reactie van had gekregen.
Ik heb netjes excuses gekregen en het misverstand is keurig afgehandeld. De producten zijn van mooie kwaliteit, wij gaan ze in onze komende vakantie uittesten.
Omdat de communicatie nog kan verbeteren geef ik een eerlijke 4 sterren. De producten zelf verdienen er 5!
Op de site en de reclames op sociaal media ziet het er allemaal zeer mooi uit. Als cadeau een luxe set besteld als pre-order. Begin mei zou de levering zijn, bestelling is incompleet ontvangen in een veel te grote doos. De “luxe” tas is gescheurd, de wijnglazen zijn nog op een depot ergens in China. Cadeau niet op tijd kunnen geven, terwijl ik meerdere reacties voorbij zie komen dat bestellingen al zijn ontvangen. 2 x een mail gestuurd waar niet op wordt gereageerd, kortom zeer slechte service en klantonvriendelijk.

Ik heb uw feedback direct opgepakt met onze customer service. Wij hebben helaas geen eerdere e-mails van u terug kunnen vinden in onze inbox, waardoor de communicatie aan beide kanten is misgelopen. Normaal staat onze klantenservice direct klaar om problemen zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
Inmiddels hebben wij direct contact met u opgenomen en een passende oplossing aangeboden om dit netjes voor u op te lossen. Wij vinden het enorm belangrijk dat iedere klant uiteindelijk tevreden is, zowel over onze producten als over onze service.

Great Concept - infact love these glasses!!!
It took over two months from placing my order for it to arrive. The overal concept is a great, the packaging was amazing, beautiful infact and the quality of the stainless steel outer covers are superb. BUT then you get to the glass, it's extremely thin, feels poor quality and doesn't feel like crystal, to be honest I'm a little scared to use them.
Update (18.05.26):- we've now had a chance to use these glasses, ergonomically they are very comfortable to drink from, we enjoyed our bottles of wine. So time will tell on the longivity of the glass.

Your order was part of a presale. Because our collections regularly sell out due to exclusivity and demand, we work with reservations in advance. Unfortunately, this caused a longer delivery time than usual, and for that we sincerely apologize.
Regarding the glass itself: the ultra-thin rim is intentionally designed to create a more refined wine experience. The concept was developed together with Alessandro Patroni, a three-time finalist champion in the Dutch wine industry. The thin crystal is specifically chosen to enhance the tasting experience, similar to high-end sommelier wine glasses.

Glamping
Before we went on a camping trip, I contacted Copain the Vin. I was and am impressed with their glasses, cases and other wine-paraphernalia. And although their giftbox was not yet available, they specifically made a complete set and expedited it in time to make our camping trip a glamping experience. Thank you! Na wat mailtjes is er een oplossing gevonden zodat ik ze op tijd heb. Complimenten!
Nu op wijnreis door Italie en staks Frankrijk.
De glazen zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit en worden dagelijks meerdere malen gebruikt.
Nog geen minpunt kunnen ontdekken.
Goed beschermd in de Camper en in de motorkoffers.
Picknicken is echt een feestje.
Zowel de glazen als de service is TOP.

These glasses are perfect for picnics, concerts or any outing! The quality is outstanding! I purchased for myself and friends for birthdays...they thought they were fabulous! I wanted different colours for us all and Avril was amazing to deal with. I will definitely be looking to buy other quality items from this company. Beautiful design.
Payment and delivery was a breeze. Delivery was very prompt.
These are a gift and I haven't presented them to my wife yet.
First impressions are that they are a wonderful design. They will be a fantastic luxurious experience when we use them in some remote camping location. I have the perfect bottle of Grange set aside for that.
They glass is delicate and I would appreciate just a little more thickness for better hand feel. Time will tell.
