Would not advise anyone to deal with Conveyancing Index as their priority is to get their commission of you ( 207 pounds ) & refering you to solicitor incompetant & un professional then they do not want to know
Thank you for the reply, yes it is true you refered me to 3 solicitors, first solicitor dont asnwer phone calls and answers by email only, second solicitor is not listed on lender panel, present solicitor is very very slow, un polite & willing to solve issues, 3 weeks elapsed & our purchase file still at zero ground

Friendly and professional agent
The agent I dealt with (Chandrika Vekariya) was friendly and professional and explained the process for choosing and instructing a conveyancer. The confirmation email was sent immediately and I was able to view it whilst still on the phone to her.

Initially I was very wary of having to pay a fee to the conveyancing index company. Chandrika was very understanding and put me in touch with the solicitors I had chosen who confirmed that this was all above board. Chandrika was helpful, polite, patient and knowledgeable. I received the e mails exactly as she said.

Stop calling me!
Filled out a form online many months ago - didn't end up using their services (no fault of theirs!). However, they won't stop calling me trying to sell me various products. I've told the callers that my house is completed already - and I don't need anything else. They're calling from different mobile numbers every time. Please stop calling me.
