Website was easy to order from. Prices very competitive and whole ordering process was easy. Don't need to be a tech savvy person to browse site and to order. This is my 2nd time ordering and very pleased with first order as well as my 2nd one. Recommend!

I found CLC online and thought it was too good to be true, but after now ordering twice from them, they are THE BEST DEAL and they SHIP FAST! Look around, you'll see the prices are more than fair and the shipping is very fast!

Don't waste your money
I ordered contacts and paid for overnight delivery. Contacts were not sent. Several calls later, as well as days into my vacation, I spoke to someone...who then said the contacts would be sent. I needed the contacts before the vacation as we were swimming and in outdoor hot springs in the winter. Having to use glasses which fogged up made it impossible to watch where my child was and ruined the entire experience.

Misleading Invoices
I placed an order for contact lenses with a qty of 2 boxes for each left and right eye. I received a confirmation and the QUANTITY column was correct showing a qty of 2, 2 and quantity of 1 for insurance. It was placed on one order. My order was incorrect and I received 3 boxes for the left eye and 1 for right. When I called to complain, they said that I entered the order incorrectly. No, I did not... especially since you have to manually enter the quantity you want when you place an order. Then they told me that if I looked at the prescription column, it showed the correct quantities of each. Sorry, as a consumer, if I am going to verify QUANTITY, I am going to rely on the QUANTITY column on the order and confirmation - not scan through every line of the PRESCRIPTION column to find the quantities there and make sure it matches their QUANTITY column. Give me a break. Ironic that the insurance they charged even showed as a quantity of 1, yet this extra box for the left eye did not - it was tucked away in the prescription column. I could care less about receiving the extra box - it was the fact that they are blaming me for the error and that, apparently, you have to check, double check and recheck everything to make sure they haven't messed up. Cheap prices, cheap service. I am going back to Clearly Contacts. Never had any issues with their orders - everything is LOGICAL and I never had these issues with them. I'll pay extra to avoid the headaches!
Editing to add that I just ordered another box to even out my stock and Clearly Contacts was cheaper ($55 versus $71).
