Good quality price product delivered right to your door and after ordering once, they remind you to order more when you are about to run out of lenses and you can simply re-order or modify your oder with a simple clic of the mouse and sometimes with a little rebate. Really convenient...

Customer service replied quickly to emails.
It did take a bit longer than anticipated for them to ship my order. However, once shipped, it arrived very quickly.

Website needs some work for the order process, but they delivered where it counts!
Minor issues while ordering, such as the wrong description appearing for the product (e.g., order a pack of 30 contacts, but description says each box has 90 lenses), and $3.95 insurance charge did not appear in total until after order submission.
Otherwise, I was very happy. Order was processed efficiently and I received it in no time. I even emailed support to modify the order somewhat, and they complied with no issue (just checked that I was OK with the cost differential).
Good company, I will be a repeat customer!

The site was easy to navigate through and delivery time was second to none.
I would recommend ContactLensesCanada to everyone. The site is easy to navigate even for those who dont normally order online. The prices are better than any other optical.
