Didn’t get my delivery after 12 days got nothing but excuses and false promises of delivery dates. I needed the materials for a job that I had to keep putting off because it never turned up when they said it would.

We were not aware that you had not received this item. If we had been aware of this, we would have sent replacements out immediately.
I have just been in contact with DX and they are doing searches for them. If we do not hear anything by lunchtime tomorrow, we will resend the items on a next-day delivery.
