Consols Oils Recensioni

Delivered on time, clean and tidy, and a good price. With other companies there’s a print out from the delivery showing exactly how much was delivered, but I didn’t get that, so no way of checking the exact amount delivered.

Great price, great service.
What more could you ask for!

First rate customer service, friendly and helpful delivery drivers

Very quick service straight forward payment and delivery online service.

delivery was a bit late considering I had payed extra for it to be delivered on a Friday when it came on the following Monday

Delivered on time, and very respectful of my property
Excellent all-round service

Delivered when promised but very early in the morning before I was able to unlock the cover on the tank. It would be useful to know how this was achieved as thieves could also use a similar method

Booked oil delivery for a certain date or before (week lead in time). Did not receive the order, called the day after the delivery was due to be told they didn’t know why it hadn’t happened, I asked for a call back to let me know when I would have it. Did not receive a call back so called again to chase it to be told it would be the next day therefor 2 days late. Customer Service was poor, made to feel like I was in the wrong and told that in future if I need it soon I should have rung and not done it online! I live approx a mile from the depot and was disappointed that I had to wait extra days and was told that the date I was given was estimated which is not what it says on my order (it says on or before a date).
I like to use local suppliers but will not use Consols after the way I was treated.

Good reliable company, and will continue to use.

Very considerate and friendly driver. My location is a little tricky to access, but took care of it no problem.

I’ve recently moved my oil orders to Consol as I find them the most reliable.

Delivered on time and at a very competitive price.

They delivered my oil early which was great and they made no mess and they didn’t damage anything which also was great.
Please keep up the good work.

Arrived on time and with a friendly driver. No issue

The order process was easy and the delivery arrived promptly with no chasing needed. The delivery driver was very friendly and he managed the challenging access to our tank with ease and good humour. It was a very positive experience from placing the order to completion of delivery (much better than our previous supplier) so we will using Consols from now on. Thank you!

Delivered to the Lizard on time and the delivery driver was friendly and professional.
