We cater for both commercial and domestic fuel oil supplies, difficult access deliveries and narrow Cornish roads are no problem for our fleet of mini tankers. We also supply Road Diesel, Red Diesel (Gas Oil) and Kerosene fuels from our depot in St Day.

Non delivery
Delivery was due 28th Jan. No apology when not delivered. I telephoned on 29th to be told tanker ran out and it would be delivered on 30th. Person I spoke to was very helpful and arranged an inconvenience payment to be made to me. Oil delivered on 30th, late morning. It would seem that Consol Oils are an outlet for a faceless company upcountry and no longer have any say in what goes on. There should be more communication between company and customer.

Very pleasant and helpful delivery person. I did expect a text message the day before to advise when delivery would be, unfortunately this didn’t happen, but your driver rang me and I went to the property within 5 minutes to unlock tank for him.
