I had a brand new ps vita fresh out of the factory seal that had dust under the screen. I sent it in and spoke to Emily & Kyle who took exceptional care and reassured me they would get it back to me in the brand spanking new condition it arrived. Kept me informed and dealt with it professionally and swiftly.

My previous experience with IT repair centres has been hit and miss. Some jobs were good, many weren't. After years of experiencing inflated IT repair bills, incomplete jobs, outright scams and the odd belligerent and even creepy technician, I'm so glad I found the Console Clinic. They are professional, cheaper than others, demonstrated a lot of integrity in helping resolve an issue, friendly and, most importantly, their work is top notch.

I took mine and my kids ps4 in for service. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Both consoles are now completely silent. Fast and reliable service will definately use console clinic for my repairs.

Amazing company. My sons phone screen smashed and he was very upset so I took the phone to console clinic in Elm Park at 1730 (closed at 6) to ask them if they could fix it. Seeing that my son was upset, they fixed it there and then and closed the shop slightly late so he could have the phone straight back. Amazing price and even better service. This is now my go to shop. Thank you to the staff that saved the day

I was pushed aside for a different customers who came in after me.

Fully lied on his reply. The store was empty when I arrived.

For the money grabbing Nintendo do health checks for free. And they charge £10. Just to look at your equipment.

The reply was also left by the director of the company who needs to take up a customer service course.

Maybe train your staff.

Took my computer in when it was failing to power on, and it was back within a week. I was kept up to date on what was happening with repairs, and the staff were all very helpful. Overall would highly recommend.

Had to repair my hard drive and the service u recieved was brilliant. The guys were helpful, kept me informed and had my hard drive fixed in less than a week. Great price too.

urgent repair needed to iphone - new camera lens fitted late on a saturday - all done in less that 40 mins as promised

The person who was very helpful and professional. The repair was carried out within the time frame quoted at a reasonable cost.
This is the second time I have used them and would highly recommend them.

Excellent and clearly explained service. A blip on my I-pad seemed to clear itself whilst in their care, so no charge was made!

Took my sons playstation in to the shop as it completely stopped working. This was fixed and serviced on the same day at a very reasonable cost.

Really helpful staff. I broke my Dell XPX 13 screen arrgh! Console Clinic were able to advise as to the part required and fitted the genuine Dell replacement within the week. All back working good as new. Thank you Console Clinic and would highly recommend.

The only place I take my phones and iPads for repair.

The staff at Console Clinic have been great with the repair of my liquid damaged MacBook. From sourcing the part from the US to restoring the data, everything has been exceptional.

The girl who served me was lovely. However, the screen replacement costed more than it would to sell my phone and when they first replaced my screen it was too small, impacting the functionality of my phone. On warranty they did replace my screen for a bigger size.

Daughter's Dell laptop screen failed, she urgently needed for GCSE revision. Diagnosed, replaced and checked by the end of the afternoon - very good price. Overall excellent service, knowledgeable staff and very helpful - would recommend and use again.
