I have been using the Comercial road branch in Swindon a while now. It is always clean and tidy each cabin is checked regularly,little touches like the bows on the blue roll. Lauren and her team are amazing Lauren is knowledgeable and will go anove and beyond explain different creams and after care etc you never feel rushed Lauren always asks how was your bed again a nice gesture, the rest of the staff are wonderful too I always feel so welcome and its a happy vibe 😀

All the sunbeds are kept really clean and tidy, the girls know so much about all of the different tanning products and know exactly what to recommend!!

Molly the manager at the new Farnham studio was so lovely she was welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience so enjoyable, not to mention the cleanliness of the studio was immaculate They also have some great products in the vending machine!🫶🏽

I use the Bracknell market street…
I use the Bracknell market street Consol regularly and always find the staff very helpful and polite. The manager Sophie is always very helpful and informative.The shop is always very clean and well looked after.

I always have a positive experience in the Camborne shop. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products etc. the shop is always clean and tidy. I love switching off and going for a sunbed.

What’s the point in having self service checkouts when every one I’ve been in the staff come over and start pressing buttons and trying to sell you stuff.

Took my credit without any notice email or anything. I dont really use the beds much but I would usually top up my credits with a offer so I'd get a better deal, wish I hadn't now. £20 taken away from my account, feel like ive been robbed. Apparently its in terms and conditions, the stuff nobody reads, its a joke, I never write reviews usually but honestly can't believe this is a thing . I emailed them and got nothing offered to me to reimburse them, just said well that's the terms and conditions. Seriously dont use them.

This is about truth and the cold hard facts of truth that you and even trust pilot must see because where are we if your company can fob someone off for the truth. Your console.eu website is either ai or incompetent kids behind a keyboard not taking complaints seriously. Well I'm serious..
It's people and companies like you that run a mock on normal people thinking you cant take hurty words get us little people shut down for what is dying in this country and it's called free speech. Well you can't and there is no harmful content I'm speaking fact about your shop and you need to except it and do something about it. This is no vedetta against a single person I'm saying that this victoria is so money driven with so many interests when does she get the time to think about everything and I'm calling it out.
So after being flagged by you my complaint was put back up for which I thanked trust pilot for you now after nearly a week decide to tell me you want to look at this properly which absolutely is a disgrace and proves you were going to do nothing at all and fobbed me off.
As I'm a member you have my email address how about you be bothered to do something because you literally caught me on the day I was going to put reviews about all Victoria's other business interests just to get her attention because obviously she's somewhere else doing something else and also to trading standards.
I emailed you and you couldn't be bothered so how about you email me or the complaints to Victoria"s other companies and trading standards will be sent.
you called my bluff and it will not work.
Your Cheltenham shop and the way you've ignored me this week is an absolutely outrage after what I walked into last week.

Consul has taken my credit balance
I used Consol for topping up my tan when I went abroad. As I have been unwell then my wife was unwell, we have been unable to go away for quite some time, so not been able to use the sunbeds.
I have seen today that Consol has deleted my credit balance of £20+ (Approx) stating that the credit balance has expired.
So what they have said that as I hadn't used Consol for some time they will remove my balance and keep it.
What a bunch of thieves !!

I tried 3 times on different days and…
I tried 3 times on different days and times to park at farnhams consol and each time the allocated spaces were filled and no where to park ,not enough spaces as the parking is shared with other businesses. The first time I drove in and was met with a car looking for spaces and had to reverse all the way back then was met with a car coming in, a nightmare.
