Difficult to obtain an appointment , but once thar hurdle over , I found a very courteous , efficient , organised and fast service.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Travelled over 2hours to get there with all the documents I was told to bring. Being over 72 it says I can walk in without an appointment. Got there only to be turned away because I didn’t have an Eye test certificate. What the hell ? I only wanted to renew my passport for goodness sake. Disgraceful.
Absolutely shameful service. I waited on the phone for over three hours, only for them to hang up on me. Impossible to reach, and the website never works. It's a disgrace.
the operator(nr44) was very effective and polite sorting out immediately my issue. after so many years of below the standards customer service seems that things has changed..
the web passport booking system works ok but the call center works better, so i am pleased overall with my experience
Absolute disgrace!
Not the only one who cannot get an appointment to renew passports...you get a number to call but no-one ever answers the phone.
Knowing Italians phone lines are, no doubt, turned off and just set to an auto message.
I've travelled all over the world and to many poorer countries and found dealing with those countries has been a million times more professional than the Italian's with their inventive bureaucracies
At least in this country the people have a say....
People work without empathy. They are very disorganised and seams not caring about customers experience.
