Great Steel Lintel prices & great service. Will definitely use Condell Ltd again on my next project.

Saw some recent scathing reviews so was a little unsure about ordering some catnic lintels, but the prices were so much cheaper than all the big name trade suppliers nearby. I did phone ahead to check items were in stock, some weren't but some longer ones were (slightly cheaper too!). Told to expect delivery within 3 working days so ended up ordering online about an hour later. Received voicemail later that day saying the replacement items were no longer in stock (assume were bought in the hour between my checking and ordering) but the ones that were would be delivered that Friday and the others the next Tuesday. Pleased to say both deliveries were completed as stated and the prior communication was spot on. I would use again.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

They first told me when I placed the order that it was out of stock and would take one month to deliver, then someone called me up to say that they had one in stock and will send it out.

I was away when I received the goods and when I got round to opening it up it was mouldy, rotten and black.

When I informed them about it I had to chase them up for a response and when someone finally come back to me they blamed some third-party about it being too long after delivery even though it was only a few days.

I will have to take it up with my credit card issuer to get a refund, will never use them again.

**The Package was signed for as having arrived not as Condell reports as being checked, as soon as they were checked, upon my return from abroad a few days later, it was shown to be mouldy and faulty**

Scam of a company, don't use as there is no customer service and goods are cowboy goods. Tried numerous time to speak to them via phone and email and ignored!!!

Waited 2 and half weeks for order to be delivered which was suppose to be delivered 3 days after order. One of the items sent out was wrong . 7 phone calls and 3 emails later trying to get product swapped over after 5 weeks I give up and told them to pick up wrong item and asked for refund. That was more than a week go and they have picked the item back up but no refund yet. 7 phone calls 3 emails over 6 and half weeks and still no joy. This company are a bag of sh1t

Very poor service, place an order online and over a week later I still had no idea when it would be delivered. Been calling them for 2 days and getting passed around from one person to the next.

I was intending to use them for a much larger order but wanted to see what type of service they offered. Won't be using them again and would not recommend.

Helpful service team to identify product required and prompt delivery. Would definitely use again!

Couple of little snags with non-availability but great feedback from staff, especially Mick in Sales - a real asset to the company.

I ordered some timber for a workshop build then I came across these negative reviews so was very apprehensive when the time came for delivery.

My delivery was delivered in two loads, the first on a Monday and the remaining timber arrived 3 days later. I was at first a little disappointed as I had expected it altogether or at least a call to say they were out of stock on some of the timber, however this didn't affect the build as by the time came to use the missing cladding it had arrived.

I had a couple of damaged/warped pieces which they replaced without quibble.

Now the important thing is value for money...... I struggled to find any supplier local to me that came anywhere near the prices I was given by Condell. Yes there were a few hiccups but nothing major and the quality of the timber is adequate.

I will definitely use them again next summer when I build a log cabin for the children.

They tried to deliver a sub standard product which we refused and they still wont refund three weeks later. They are just a reseller and don't care about the products they are selling. Stay well clear of them.

Ordered some lintel's from the company, promised delivery 3 days later only one showed up, chased the company to be told would be delivered the next day. Rang them as builders were on site waiting for them told 3 times Def on the lorry did not show. Rang the following day to be told no sorry were never out for delivery. Turned up the following day after speaking to the manager by courier.
Thought I would give them a second chance ordered and paid for goods for next day service to be told sorry to busy can poss do the following day. Asked to cancel order said would do it there and then, order cancelled 4 days later. Very poor service management need to get a grip of there staff

I called this company with a query about a Velux window (and associated parts), I wanted to order. They answered the phone quickly. The person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. They had 2 of the 3 bits in stock, but said one part would need to be ordered in. This was a Friday afternoon. He said the item would be with him on Tuesday and he would get it out to me on Wednesday. He offered to send the other 2 bits out for Monday delivery. I said not to worry, send it all together when you have it.
All 3 items arrived on Monday morning. The delivery driver was friendly and polite. The price was very competitive. One very satisfied customer. Exceeded my expectations and what had been agreed, and all done in a friendly manner.

Chased this company just to send me a quote three times held up an important, but small job. The order was only about £500.00 but this was my first experience of Condell and I certainly wont be bothering them again.

Can definitely recommend, got everything I needed for my garage roof construction delivered on time and all the wood was dead straight and good quality. I made a mistake ordering the catnic lintel and ordered a high strength one. Condell rang me to confirm and when we realised the mistake were quick to refund me the difference. Will use them again.

Have used Condell Ltd a few times recently and have always been happy with the service, products and price. I have recommended them to a few other people and will use again.

Very straight forward purchase at best price and with excellent service

Had what I wanted in stock dispatched same day and delivered the next.
