I’ve used you for on several occasions over the last 14 years, firstly for a full house set of venetian blinds, few years later for a full house set of rigid verticals, recently to get additional matching rigid verticals for the new extension and will be ordering more soon for new French doors.
Always been super happy with service, price and issue resolution (btw just one issue which was speedily resolved with replacement)

Have been using Concept Blinds for years. Product always does what it says on the tin. Products always easy to fit, of high quality and fit well. Delivery good and instructions easy to follow. I have used this company over the last 6 years and just replaced all my wooden blinds.

My old wooden blinds were still in very good working order which I was able to resell.

Since first using Concept Blinds, we have been extremely pleased with the service received from placing the order to taking delivery.

The second time we ordered, for further blinds for the remainder of our bungalow, it was very easy to find the product that we had previously ordered and the quality of the blinds received with the second order was once again excellent.

We have recently had a new patio door installed and needed to reorder blinds once again. The courier who delivered the header rail damaged it during transit, we made contact straight away and a second rail was despatched with absolutely no problems and was received this time in a perfect condition, for which we were extremely grateful.

Received my first order of Perfect Fit blinds today only 3 days from placing the order. Absolutely amazing speedy service! I wish I'd found this company sooner before I spent over £800 at a competitor who took 3 weeks for similar blinds! Anyway, the blinds are a perfect fit and we couldn't be happier with them in our new windows and doors. I will totally recommend you to everyone I know.

Would highly recommend Concept Blinds. After speaking with Gavin almost 12 months ago, he answered all my queries and sent countless samples (even duplicates as I had misplaced) throughout my process. I eventually got round to ordering some perfect fit Venetian blinds which all arrived extremely quickly. The blinds were fitted except one which was missing a hole for the hinge. After contacting Gavin again, this was resolved immediately and the replacement again was delivered within a couple of days.

This is my go to firm for blinds. The products are excellent quality, very reasonably priced, ordering and measuring/fitting instructions are clear. Delivery is fast and packaging is excellent. I have placed 4 orders over the years and have never had any problems. 😊

We are so happy with our blinds, we have good quality, nice looking blinds for a fraction of the price. The instructions for measuring and fitting them were straight forward. We will be making our fourth order at the end of this month.

Have used Concept Blinds a few times and have always been very pleased with the results. They supply sample swatches so you can choose colours before ordering.
Their measuring guides are useful and ordering is simple. We’ve mostly used Perfect Fit Venetian blinds which are superb and are very simple to fit with no drilling! The blinds are always great value and delivery always fast.

I have had two blinds from this company one a few years ago and one recently , very simple to order the correct size and does not take to long to receive the blind . I would use this company again and also would recommend to friends if they needed to purchase a blind .

I first purchased blinds from them some 10 years ago and am so glad I kept my invoice as I recently moved and wanted blinds again. They are excellent quality and are still the cheapest on the market (that I could find).

The whole website is great and is straight forward during the whole process. You can order as many samples as needed which really helps to choose the correct colours. We have used Concept Blinds a number of times for our wooded blinds and everytime the products are excellent quality and arrive promptly. Our recent order was a Roman blind which we also had lined and it’s perfect. Great quality and looks and feels so expensive. Thank you, will definitely use them again and they are always our first choice and I would definitely recommend them.

This is a very good and professional company and they are extremely helpful with all advice. I had a small issue with a track that I received and I was sent a brand new one.
