compsource inc is a best company that provides backup and recovery solutions for businesses. I was recently approached by them to do a review of their product. I have to say, I was really impressed!I was able to purchase the correct one.thank you ! I did not expect such good service through this function and it was a pleasant surprise.

As a small business you would not know it. They treat you as a big business would. Jordan the sales manager obliviously could not be bothered to stay an extra few minutes but sent an email on his way out the door saying my order was declined and they are now closed and will be out of the office until Monday. As a small business owner myself I would have picked up the phone and called the customer to try and save the order. Not only did CompSource lose this order but they lost a customer!

Always have out of stocks. I have ordered twice from them for items that were listed "in stock" to only get notifications 10 days later that the stock status was incorrect from their drop-ship distributor. In the meantime I get delayed expecting an item to arrive and now have to go find another distributor and wait again for it to arrive. Two orders over a year apart, two identical dud experiences, 100% failure by this company.

had been through about 5 sites looking for a new Intel i9, all out of stock. Compsource had the model I needed in stock though, so thumbs up for that

First-time buyer from Compusource, I read reviews on multiple sites before purchasing from them. The issues that were stated didn't concern me too much based on the cost savings I would receive ($600) and they seemed like random circumstances, spread years apart. The responses from Compusource over the issues also seemed legit.
I ended up buying an EPSON STC8000 printer, it was not in stock at places like Best Buy or Amazon, and if they were, they were far more than MSRP. The printer was delivered perfectly, no issues, came exactly as stated and much quicker than I expected, especially after reading other's reviews. I would buy from them again. I think they deserve a better rating than what they have on here and so here is my first review.

Ordered a product that was labeled as in Stock. My order went through and I had it shipped to a PO Box. They apparently don't ship to PO Boxes, so they sent me an email telling me so. I asked them which service they shipped with so I could direct it to a pickup location, however now my product was out of stock. Saw a lot of others talking about the same thing but figured I'd try my luck. Don't shop here until they fix their inventory management system. Items are not secured by placing the order apparently.

They debited my account more than 2 weeks ago for a thing that they - after 2 reminders - say it doesn't exist.

This site is claiming that a brother is printer is normally $1649.99 and that you can save $1078.61 65% by buying it for 571.38. This is nonsense! According to the manufacturer, the suggested retail price is $600.00 please STOP LYING to your customers.

They sent me equipment where the software crashed my computer! The bad review part comes from dealing with them on returning it! They were complete A-holes about it and did nothing but give me grief!! STAY AWAY from this bogus company!

I NEVER swore at their rep on the phone!! One more lie from this terrible company!!!

At the very last minute, they tell me my item wasn't in stock when the item was in stock when I made the purchase. I got some bogus generic email from Tom. What a joke and waste of my time. Maybe next time, email me the day after so I can make other arrangements.

I'm not writing this review to say this company is bad or to already say anything bad or anything. I've been in contact with Tom and hes been great and helpful. I ordered a printer a month ago, though and the ETA keeps moving up. I was told I have to wait for the actual manufacturer to ship it so I thought I'd email epson. Epson told me they cant help me and to talk to compsource instead. I have to print off a shipping label soon or I cant return 100 dollars worth of items I bought online (clothes that dont fit) Some items from Amazon have taken a while to get here, too but only because they came from China. I'm thinking maybe that's why the printer hasnt shipped yet? I would really like answers, so I'm leaving a review here because it looks like the owner of compsource comments here so maybe they can help me? Although Tom is awesome, hes away for the week I think. Before anyone asks 'why don't you use the library or a friend?'I'm disabled and I have PTSD, I dont get out much so I need a printer. This is really important to have.
