Chris came round to give me advice about an air-conditioning system. His advice was sensible, knowledgable professional and pragmatic. He made recommendations. He recommended a smaller system than the one I was considering! We talked about the installation costs. I agreed with his proposals. Duly, Chris, together with Zac, and their excellent ‘sorcerer’s’ apprentice Will, arrived spot on 0800hrs to complete the install of our new modest Mitsubishi air con system.
The staff, the products and the professionalism of all three installers really was first class. Clean tidy, & efficient.
Complete Climate are probably not the cheapest installers I am sure. You get what you pay for.
They were personable, competent and tidy. Minimal internal and external disruption. Can’t speak too highly of them.
No hesitation about recommending their air con services to anyone thinking about trying to be cooler or hotter! Delighted.

I've just had a multi-split system installed in two of our bedrooms upstairs, along with a single split to cover our large open-plan kitchen, dining, and family room on the ground floor. The entire job is now complete, and honestly, I could not be happier with the result.

I completely echo what others have said on here about Chris, Zak, and Will—they really are a different league. From day one, the communication and quoting process with Chris was seamless. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the quality of the work is absolutely top-notch. They are true experts who look out for the best interests of your home, providing professional, benchmarked suggestions based on real experience rather than just trying to sell you a standard box.

The lads worked incredibly hard, finished right on time, and left the place absolutely spotless. Before they left, they took the time to properly educate me on how to use the new systems and made sure I was completely up and running on the app.

Knowing that Complete Climate will be handling the ongoing maintenance of our units gives me massive peace of mind. It's so rare to find a business where the products, recommendations, and customer service are all consistently high quality. Absolute top marks to the team!

I phoned Chris up yesterday as the weather was getting unbearable. I honestly wasn't expecting to get my air con fitted for a few weeks if i was lucky. Well Chris said he may be able to fit me in on Friday (this was on the Monday) I was happy with that. Anyway Chris rang back again around 2000 saying could i get it done tomorrow (Tuesday) yep absolutely. He said great should be around 1200.

So 1150 on Tuesday morning Zak and Will turned up. Both decent lads, cracked straight on with the work after discussing with me where I wanted the indoor and outdoor unit, the colour of the trunking etc, the unit itself is Mitsubishi.

Fair play it was 37 degrees, and the lads got on with the work, even though the weather was brutal.

Everything was done by 1700.

The lads cleaned up everything and left my house cleaner than before they arrived. The work was top notch, efficient, professional and you just know they knew what they were doing.

I got on really well with Zak and Will, even though I'm bedbound we still managed to have a laugh while they were working (sorry Will for making fun of you being ginger lol)

From the very start Chris was supportive and informative, he was able to explain all our options to us and work with us to get the best solution. The work was completed to a very high standard and whilst Chris was pricey than the other quote, we had more trust in what he could provide and we weren’t disappointed, highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris, Zak and Will cannot be rated highly enough. Over the last few years Complete Climate has helped us keep our family home temperature managed by installing and maintaining various air-con and cost/climate effective heat-source solutions. Expert knowledge, prompt service and incredible value. First world problems sure, but these guys really are the best.

I stumbled across this firm a few years ago having tried several dubious companies. I have used the ever since to service my air source heat pump and install air conditioning. They are prompt, clean and tidy. They don't smoke ( to my knowledge) they don't spend hours on their phone (and charge you for the time). They are honest about what needs doing and charge a fair price.
I have recommended them to others who continue to use them.
It is difficult to find a company you can trust but I am happy to trust this company.

Having found multiple problems with my Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP in my new-build house in Devon which the developer had refused to address, I sought help from Complete Climate, based on a recommendation on an Ecodan group on social media. I was very impressed with the prompt, friendly and professional way I was dealt with, from checking what issues I had found, through to their resolution. Chris identified other design and installation issues, along with performing an annual service. As a result, I now have a report which will help me in further discussions with my house developer.
Not only that, I have complete confidence that I have gone to the right people and will not hesitate to use Complete Climate again for the annual service.

After being let down by a Which Recommended national heating firm who failed to turn up on three separate occasions, we decided to get our money back and look for someone a bit more local. We were very impressed with the dedication to doing a quality job by Chris and Zak. Clearly air conditioning experts as opposed to plumbers who also do air conditioning. We’ll be asking them for quote for our loft conversion soon.

Chris and his team installed air conditioning in three rooms in our house. They were all very friendly, charged the price quoted and took pride in their work, with some very neat piping on the outside of the house. They spent time with us to ensure we understood how to use the system and I would highly recommend to anyone looking at installing air conditioning in their home.
