10/10 experience with Lee from Drayton Air Conditioning! I had a two way multisplit air conditioning unit installed in my home and the work was completed to an extremely high standard, very neat and tidy, and done by Lee and Freddie who were both very friendly and helpful. Can't fault them at all, if you're considering air con then look no further.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish.

We had a 3-room multi-split air conditioning system installed in our home, including attic pipe runs and a full external setup, and the entire job has been completed to an exceptionally high standard.

From the initial quote through to installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout, and they turned up exactly when they said they would each day – punctual, reliable, and easy to deal with.

The install itself is absolutely top quality. The attention to detail is spot on – pipework is clean and well routed through the attic, trunking is neat and discreet, and the indoor units are positioned perfectly. The outdoor unit installation is just as tidy and looks like it was designed to be there rather than added afterwards.

Both of the guys were brilliant to have around – friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure the system was installed exactly right. You can tell they take real pride in their work and don’t cut corners.

Proper testing was carried out before commissioning, including pressure testing, and everything was done exactly as you’d expect from a professional air conditioning installation company – no shortcuts, no mess, just a really clean and well-executed job.

The system itself is fantastic. Cooling performance is excellent, very quiet, and incredibly efficient. It’s made a huge difference already, especially during warmer weather.

If you’re looking for air conditioning installation in Shropshire or the surrounding area, I would 100% recommend these guys. It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication, reliability, and genuinely high-quality workmanship, but they absolutely deliver on all fronts.

Lee was brilliant. Hadn’t got a clue as to where to start with air conditioning for our bedroom - I just knew I couldn’t cope with another summer of no sleep and so needed a plan!
He talked us through options, not assuming what we wanted but instead talking us through the options and the pros and cons.
Quote was provided within 24 hours of visit, and installed within 2 weeks of deposit.
Work onsite was tidy, minimally disruptive and friendly! Really thorough in his talk through of use and instructions too!

Lee came out to my house in Newport, Shropshire, to conduct a survey, provided me with advice and gave me a quote, which was very competitive. He came and completed the installation as planned and his work is excellent. He is very friendly and trustworthy and left everything clean and tidy when finished. Once installed he showed me how to setup the Bluetooth controls on my phone. The systems he installed are great and provides lovely cool air or heating when required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to complete your air conditioning installation.
