Colourbank Recensioni

It was so easy they measured the hall for us and carpet fitting was done to a high standard very pleased

We've used Colourbank before, on returning we have had a good experience
Large range of good quality carpets with friendly, knowledgeable staff both instore and on call-out to measure.
Great fitter followed by the carpenter who quickly sorted the doors.
Carpets look & feel fab!!

Very quick and efficient service from visiting our home to measure through to ordering and fitting. Nothing was too much trouble even when I had to move the fitting date twice.

Great service, had to change fitting date which was no problem. Arrived when required and fitters were very polite and tidy.

Excellent customer service and fitting nothing too much trouble

Magnificent job.
highly recommended

Exceptiontional service from Mo, no annoying sales person that tried to secure a sale. Instead a very relaxing environment where you can ask questions and get the assurance you need to make sure you are buying what's best for you. Delivered at short notice without any trouble.

Colourbank cavendish road fitted my flooring through out in November and was absolutely shocked to recieve a call 8 months.later demanding money for some ply wood that was applied to one of the.rooms, I had no receipt of this or not told about this at the time of fitting and then recieve a call amd email demanding money awful customer service. It was the leicester Cavendish road branch I won't be using them again very unprofessional.and now I have wasted a whole afternoon calling and emailing to prove this disgusting

Great service from start to finish. Also good value! Thanks Regan.

When we visited the showroom the sales guy was super helpful and pinpointed our needs very quickly. The fitter came as expected and did a cracking job… thank you so much, I will be back

Ordered and delivered in a very tight timeline. Fitter rang when he was on his way and the carpet was fitted in 45 mins. Very impressive service all ‘round.

Went into the shop for flooring. And was told to look at the off cuts. Saved me lots of money and the flooring I wanted were in the off cuts there the same as the other flooring but 1/2 the price. Very helpful and are not there the sell but there to help and save you money. Frank the fitter told me how to clean the flooring. Witch I would of just wet the mop and went over it. That way will last you a lifetime 🙏 best flooring shop I've got to
And I've been into a lot of them. Will always go back now. Thank you

Arrived on time, friendly service and fitted carpet without fuss

The ordering of my carpets was so easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. The carpet fitter came on the stated day and did a great job in fitting the 2 carpets. I always get my carpets from colour bank as the service and quality of carpets are always great and at a good price.

Quality of carpet was good and we were very happy with our choice. Quick efficient service. Great fitting service. Consideration shown when removing door and explanation given as to why. Tidied up after work completed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large range of carpets both colours and prices.

great off cut selection at great prices

All round service excellent from start to finish. This was a tricky job in an hexagonal shaped summer house. Was a bit a nervous but have got to say the fitter did a truly fantastic job. The cut and fit was first class . Definitely recommend.
