Colourbank Recensioni

Great service from start to finish.
Received help, guidance and clear information regarding the whole process. The fitter arrived when expected and the carpet was fitted to an excellent standard. We have used Colourbank for carpets and beds before, and have never had any issues. I would highly recommend them, in fact, I already have to friends and family.

Great in store customer experience giving help and advice in choosing carpets. Fitted on time with excellent communication throughout. Fitter very tidy work and respectful of property.

Excellent sales staff felt at ease when choosing the carpet.
Excellent fitter very professional.

Been using Colourbank for 25 years +. Staff able to pull old order up and supply matching Lino .
Young carpet fitter did superb job, matching pattern, very clean and tidy, very courteous. Well done

From start to finish all was perfect. Chap who fitted the carpet was superb and did an amazing job incredibly swiftly and fully experienced in his skill.

After being let down for getting my bathroom flooring completed before Xmas, I made a trip to colourbank, cavendish road, Leicester.
The customer service I received was exemplary.
Armed with my measurements, I chose the flooring I wanted (plenty to choose from) which was luckily in stock. The price was quoted which was reasonable and then the member of staff was straight on the phone to try and find a fitter. The good news was that it could be fitted two days later. I was in and out of the store within half an hour. Great experience.
The two young men who came to fit the flooring were polite and just got straight on with it. I left them to it but they asked me to check everything over before they left. The end result was excellent.
Although this was a small job, it was completed with ease and I will definitely use Colourbank again in the future.
Highly recommended

Colourbank are a great company. Customer service is exemplary. Very pleased with the result.

Very happy with the ordering and fitting service.
The length of time between ordering and fitting was a little disappointing. That said, forward planning on my part would have helped.

Good shop service, carpet arrived and fitted on time.

I was kept informed of when my order would arrive had a great window for delivery and time slot was informed of delivery and contacted when they would arrive

From the shop to the guys delivering my bed bace .very welcoming and pleasant polite and helpful the young man who delivered my bed help me get the old one down and put the new one up to the bedroom as I have a bad knee.& the gentleman at the shop was very nice and informative what I needed.

Once ordered a swift service and mattress arrived promptly. Within 8 days of payment . Van delivery drivers excellent too. Good communication by Colourbrand and the Transport Team.

Excellent product. However, I had to order the mattress via email. There was not access to a website where I could browse the range/prices.

The mattress reeked of the heavy duty plastic for days. I’ve had the window open every day it’s not raining, but all I can smell is plastic. I therefore have not used it.

Great advice and value for money.

Ordered a bed on a Friday then on Friday night had a offer in paper but told couldn't have it as didn't know anything about it

Great products at good prices. Delivery and communication was excellent too. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience from the show room staff to the fitters. The salesman was very knowledgeable, helped us decide what was best for us and did us a good deal. We will definitely shop here again and would recommend.

I think you have done a wonderful job

We were really pleased with every aspect of purchasing carpets in Leicester, from the friendly, knowledgeable service in store, to the fitting, again friendly guys and did a great job. We had to change our fitting date, but it was no problem, all rearranged so everything went smoothly. The carpet quality is great, as was the price; I can highly recommend.
