Coloplast Charter Recensioni 

Being New to ordering from coloplast charter for my Mum I am so pleased and grateful to the two advisors that I have spoken to. One was a lady called Diane which sorted an order out for me.
And today the 2/06/26 I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Louie
He was so professional and so caring and helpful. I can’t possibly tell you how lovely it is to actually speak to somebody that actually cares and he is an asset to your company
Due to looking after my mum, I made so many phone calls on her behalf ordering stuff for her and making all phones on her behalf and I can honestly say this was the best experience ever
I hope both of their managers read this and let them know what an asset of the company they are

Just reached my first year with my Stoma. Coloplast are always so helpful and give great guidance and advice. The early days were overwhelming but they certainly played their part in getting me through! Combined with DPD they provide an excellent delivery service.

I have used Coloplast for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. The staff are always very polite, and welcoming ( which is so good when you don’t really know what your doing to begin with!). I won’t say they have all the answers, but everything I’ve asked them in the past they have been happy to help with.
Ordering with them is so easy and they text you a message to say they have received your order, and then again when they dispatch it. A brilliant t service all round.

I required a bedside bag stand which wasn't a product I was able to order through the site. I had a live chat with Samantha and being told the stand is a complimentary item, within minutes, I received a message stating the bag stand was ordered for me and will be dispatched soon. I'm not a live chat fan, but Samantha has made me glad I did today.

Big problems with my surgery, which developed into a saga. Very short on pouches the staff helped me greatly to rectify the situation.

In the past it's been very good products and delivery. But over the past 6 months I've have had constant issues with deliveries and ordering.

Colorplast customer service is fantastic. Very friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I have used Colorplast Charter for 15 years now and there has not been any complaints with either their products or service. I would recommend them to anybody having to cope with a stoma. I dealt with a lady called Samantha today who I must say is a great example of their high customer service standards.

What a brilliant service Coloplast. Thank you. I order my items, which I do every month, via email, and they arrived the very next day. So efficient and quick. Thank you so much for making this so simple. A very satisfied customer.

I have had a Stoma since 2018. It's a devastating thing to have because of bowel cancer. Managing one takes a long time to get used to and having bags that can be trusted really helps and a service that provides a regular and timely resupply is paramount. Customer service at Colorplast is second to none. I have used Colorplast Charter for nearly 8 years now I have had no complaints with either their products or service. I would recommend them to anybody having to cope with a stoma.

Coloplast Charter are the best company I’ve ever had dealings with. My prescription is sent to them, with the order being filled immediately. I have a text message telling me what is happening at every stage. The order is usually sent via DPD and I receive it the following day.

My experience has always been very good and the staff have always been helpful and polite,the deliveries have always come on time.

The customer service is great and the deliveries are super quick and efficient, would highly recommend.

Great customer service. Compassionate people who care about what they do.
Fast delivery every single time and the customer advisors are always willing to chase up my surgery when prescriptions have not been fulfilled or sent to the right place.
They make the process so much easier and I feel reassured that I have full support if I need it.

Ps. Tom has recently been fantastic in sorting a GP error and I’m truly grateful for his professionalism and prompt action.

The customer service team are brilliant, they always manage to help me out with anything related to my prescription when my GP has messed it up.

Excellent very helpful fast efficient service

The team at Coloplast have been so supportive and caring as I've learnt to manage Peristeen Plus. They offer so many hints and tips and really understand any questions you may throw at them. You can talk to them openly on a very sensitive subject. Just wish to give praise where praise is due. Thankyou

I spoke with Teagan who was very helpful as are all the customer service staff I have used over-the-three years ive had my stoma.

Shortly before a holiday my prescription was held up for a number of reasons unconnected with Coloplast. I emailed Coloplast the same the day it was sent to them asking that they dispatch it in good time. It arrived the next day!!!

Over several years It feels like staff all go the second mile as routine and then some more. Their responses are always amazingly quick and any problems are dealt with by showing insight, understanding and compassion. Telephone calls and emails to them have always put me at ease from the outset, with no hint of embarrassment and staff are very well informed. They give by far the best customer service of any organisation I deal with. If all the rest were as good as you it would be a wonderful world! It is almost worth having a minor disability.

I will have a good holiday now too.
