Needed to cancel 2 credit cards, after getting through the automated menu I had 0 wait times on a Saturday afternoon and the rep was super helpful, no upselling or anything. Simple, secure, straight to the point. While I am cancelling the credit cards I am maintaining accounts. So much more professional than big banks.

In spite of our perfect monthly payment record we were charged $29.00 “over credit limit” fee for going less than $50.00 dollars over our limit. We contacted them, the service rep was unsympathetic, offered no advice or assistance and made me feel like a criminal.

Tried to make a purchase from a company I’d bought from before and it was declined, marked as fraud and the card blocked. No amount of phone calls fixed anything. Zero customer support.

Customer service at Collabria is poor. It's some sort of call centre with untrained agents and no authority to deal with issues whatsoever. They seem to feel their job is simply to say no.

Although they advertise 100% fraud protection, when push comes to shove, they refuse to honour their obligations under the cardholder agreement.

Avoid this company, even if you're a loyal credit union member like me. There are much better line of credit options available.

AWFUL! Worst Customer Service Agents who bark and treat customers like crap. They lack professionalism, courtesy and basic respect. They treat you like a criminal if you forget a payment or get locked out of your account. Worst process and wait time ever. Due to an incorrect payment source issue, I had to call them several times to schedule the right payment method since my online account and card were both blocked on the day the payment failed. It took 15 days to have them both up and running. Pathetic Payment Schedule since if you schedule the payment on Friday you need to wait 3 days , till end of Monday evening for it to be processed.

They can't do simple math. And, lied about it when I watched in real time, things being added to posted transactions that were not then currently in the pending file. When I asked them to add up all the transactions they said they tallied correctly so I asked them to add up the numbers I read out from the account screen. I read out ALL the transactions. They would have discovered the $60 discrepancy right there, in that moment. But then came the BIG lie. After adding all those transactions, the same ones as I did, they claimed the account balance was correct. It came up sixty dollars short, but they insisted it was correct. Then suddenly, while I am being lied to, two transactions magically appeared that I had seen before and guess what... TH TOTALLED $60! Nice trick, but you lost a customer and cost connectFirst a client.
