Kaushiki was very good to to assist us to joining the class for my kids

i paid $400 on August 9th and they charging me $122 every month of 17th form last 2 months ,now i see there no class of English only showing math's i don't understand ,when i try to contact the number i pay with no reply. They said you have to pay .i have 2 kids and both of on code young from last 1 year i just take new plan now i am done with this. If you have bad experience please post your review

Very frastrating and feel guilty why I have take trails and they called everyday to join the codeyoung.

Don’t trust what they commit.

I wanted my kids to enroll only in English. But the person after trial class pushed me to enroll for Maths too by saying that if we don’t like, we can cancel classes in 4 months and get full refund for unused classes.

My kids didn’t like Maths classes so cancelled their classes but now they are refusing any refund. I did multiple calls but they try to sell new classes like coding or speaking instead of solving problem and giving refund!

However, mentors were good but overall worst experience because of no transparency or honesty.

Great experience following my son needs and redirecting him when distracted to make the class learning successful.

My math mentor is Labiba Fatima. I like how she explains me with many examples. I get to learn new math problems solving technique and helps in my class performance.

We have been taking classes for the past few years. Recently, the team working at CodeYoung has been very careless in allocating classes. After the break, we have been asking to schedule science classes, but there are a few staff members who are working on scheduling classes and are very irresponsible. Every day, the same story about working with mentors. We pay in advance and wait for these people's service. If we ask to schedule 3 sessions in a week, then schedule 2 classes... very careless over the years, and frustrating.

Terrible mentors one after the other. Not personable, pushy, mechanical and unable to vary their teaching style.
We raised mentor complaints in our first month of the program, after having been drawn in by a good mentor/demo class when they were being pushy trying to convert us. All they do is request us to try another mentor who is "much better". Not the case. I've watched recordings of the classes - boring, dull, and they say things like "do it like this because this is how it is" Seriously.

We have gotten the run-around for 3+ months, trying equally bad mentor after mentor. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Still awaiting a refund, with multiple open tickets supposedly waiting on a manager to approve.

My son Nilavan has been attending math class for a while. I see that he's improved in his addition and subtraction. Also, he likes to do the worksheets during the online classes. Mentor Labiba Fatima is good and helps to improve his overall performance.

I am taking math classes from Labiba Fatima, and the classes are very helpful. It is easy to learn, but there are some problems with the website. It only takes one answer which is also sometimes wrong, but I hope to see it improve one day.

The frequent change of mentors and lack of proper responses made the experience frustrating and inconsistent.

Until you subscribe to the class, their response was excellent, after that, their response changes only medium to contact is whatsup, there is no dedicated phone number to contact, once you pay the money then you can not cancel because they will charge $200 for each person that means once you enter, you supposed to continue even you do not like it. Some of the teachers were horrible, they do not attend any teaching training classes. I don't know how they got 4.5 + ratings

They are a scam!! Their instructors are old, unmotivated and rude. I saw my kids transitioning from 'excited for the session' in the beginning to 'dreading it' towards the end. They didn't cancel the course until I chased them for 2 months. I had to leave the last week's classes because the kids just hated their classes and instructors.

I took it for a month to check out the service. It started out good from the start and then a few classes got cancelled. Reschedule was an issue. During the last week I sent out an email to cancel the subscription, but they took a whole week to cancel the subscription. more than 2-3 days of missed classes (not our fault) was never compensated. The main person in charge, never reached out to me. Communication and customer service is important, I don't see that happening here.

0 STARS !! Complete fraud AND scam company. We told them at the first interaction that our son was special needs with health issues .
They withhold all their unreasonable policies and pressure you into paying money immediately, while they hold the phone. Because my son's health worsened we tried to stop the lessons because of his health issues and was unable to continue classes( I had given full transparency about his health before we started any discussion with codeYoung ) . As soon as demo session is done they will pressure you to pay immediately as they hold the phone. When I asked for refund , they pull these policies that they NEVER once mentioned and now refuse to pay the money back. Nearly $3000 is stuck with them.

And they keep making scam calls offering more lessons and keep scam calling asking us to recommend them to others. They call from Spam Fake numbers and some days you will get up to 3-4 spam calls from these. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

My teacher(. Labibafathima) is very helpful she helps me to learn different methods to add and multiple. she helped me learn Roman numerals very quickly .

Labiba Fatima is my math teacher and she is so kind and helps me through each and every question i need help with!
