Received the automated email saying that another email would be sent when my order was dispatched.
No email.
Emailed them Friday 28th November 2025.
No reply.
Emailed them again Tuesday 2nd December 2025.
Reply said order would be despatched.
Received Thursday 4th December 2025.
Giving 3 ⭐ as they did remedy the situation.
But not impressed.
