I attended their workshop on August 14, 2023, where they gave me a 45-minute presentation about their membership and its benefits and told me they'd issue a 2D3N holiday voucher in return if I bought their membership or not. I decided not to buy and haven’t received any voucher yet. It's been more than 8 days, and when I call the person who contacted me, she does not pick up the call. Even if somebody else calls from their company telling me to attend another workshop and I tell them I have attended in the past and have not received the voucher yet, they immediately hang up the call. Please do not buy their membership; they’re fraud. I have also seen many reviews on the internet where their members claim they are not getting any such benefits.

Pls don't even dream of buying a Club Mahindra Membership. I am suffering to cancel the membership and the so called customer care is not only silent they are frauds, writing reports to the things like I have orally agreed to continue the membership. My humble request to you all.. Please dont buy club Mahindra membership. They dont even respond to the emails from Department of Consumer Affairs. I have personally visited their office, written registered posts and also emails. They dont respond.

I'm writing this so I can help someone, when I was purchasing this plan I never found a helpful review so I'm making sure I go on all available platform and write about club Mahindra, they'll make so many fake promises at the time of purchase and when you actually try to make a booking you won't be able to find any available resort, it's been a year since I made the plan purchase and till date I haven't been able to book even one holiday, so far I've paid up around 2L and zero holiday, trust me you're better off without this fraud.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of becoming a member of Club Mahindra, and I can honestly say that it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, the sales team was all smiles and extravagant promises, painting a picture of a luxurious and unforgettable vacation ownership experience. However, as soon as the contract was signed, their true colors emerged, and it became evident that they had no intention of delivering on their grandiose claims.

First and foremost, a sales team gives false promise that they will get us 4 years ASF discount, and they will add points for the ASF so that you can redeem the same on website and you won't need to ASF for 4-5 years, but that's not the case. they do not pickup call when it times to pay the ASF after a year or registering membership. and Club Mahindra support team as for the written proof from customer.. how pathetic it is. they do not catch sales team member who is already working in Club Mahindra and instead asking customer to come up with proof.
Secondly, the booking process was an absolute disaster. Despite the sales team's reassurances of ample availability, I found myself struggling to secure bookings for the dates and destinations I desired. Whenever I tried to contact the customer service team for assistance, it was like shouting into a void – no response, no support, and no accountability.

Moreover, the quality of the resorts left much to be desired. The reality was a far cry from the glossy brochures and sales presentations. Outdated facilities, poorly maintained rooms, and subpar amenities greeted us at every turn. It was clear that they were more focused on making a sale than providing a satisfactory customer experience.

Adding insult to injury, the annual maintenance fees seemed to skyrocket without any valid explanation. These additional costs were never fully disclosed during the sales pitch, and it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to milk more money out of unsuspecting customers.

One of the most infuriating aspects of this entire ordeal was the recorded customer verification call, where they feigned interest in our feedback and concerns. However, it became evident that this was nothing more than a box-ticking exercise, as they blatantly ignored our grievances and failed to follow up on any of the issues raised during the call.

I attempted to contact the sales team and customer service on multiple occasions, but it was as if they had vanished into thin air. Calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and any attempt at resolution was met with indifference.

In conclusion, my experience with Club Mahindra has been an absolute disaster. The sales team's deceitful tactics, the lack of customer support, and the overall disregard for their patrons have left me feeling betrayed and cheated. I regret ever falling for their enticing promises and becoming a part of this nightmarish membership.

I strongly advise anyone considering joining Club Mahindra to think twice and to steer clear of this company. Save yourself from the frustration, disappointment, and financial burden that comes with being a Club Mahindra member. It's a decision I wish I could reverse, and I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others.

I have had a very bad experience where I was not able to get a room as a Purple member of Club Mahindra, but could get the same room online on a travel portal. I have complained regarding this for over a year now and sent several emails and spoken to low level officials, whose response are cut and paste responses which do not answer specific concerns. The concerned top officials, Anupam Srivastava and Meghana Desai have not had the courtesy to respond. They are tarnishing the fair reputation of the Mahindras. Deeply disappointed as a Club Mahindra Member.

The employees not answering the calls waste of money giving back answers if we called the company can improve by hiring good employers

I am a white studio member and a victim of their arm twisting tactics. They are not allowing to book a holiday until and unless you clear the ASF (yearly charges which more than 20K today) which is over and above the lakhs of rupees you spent to buy the membership. Every year they charge you this and if you wont pay you will not allowed to book a holiday. I feel cheated and regret the decision to buy this worthless product for my family. Guys better keep your funds in FD and plan and enjoy holidays as per convenience. Don't buy this membership as they do not give any value to you once you pay the membership amount.

Club Mahindra people call you with a free holiday package offer, after spending 2hours at their office, if you don't subscribe to their package, they won't give the free holiday that they offered on phone and even humiliate you. Not expected of an Anand Mahindra Company.

Their package is not good for the following reasons:
1. You have to pay a huge upfront fee to take a 10/20/25 year package.

2. Over and above the first-time fee, you have to pay a huge early maintenance,

3. Just with the interest of the down payment as well as maintenance fee you can get a 5 star hotel good deal every year at your convenient place and time.

4. You can take one week package only in the season prescribed in your package.

5. It is not necessary that you will get your preferred location and dates when you try to book, you have to either wait for availability and go to other locations.

6. You can't get booking at holidays period for sure, you need to plan your vacation at off-seasons only.

7. Only accommodation is covered in the package and all other expenses are extra.

8. For international travel, you have to take an RCI membership paying extra and also pay an exchange fee for every trip. 1 year membership they say is free.

Overall, it is not at all cost effective and you won't have the flexibility to choose the time and place of your vacation.

I have bought the club mahindra membership number 2937984 on January 2021by sales member Pawan Kumar , Anil Kumar Yadav and for 15 years membership blue season. I have paid the downpayment of Rs41100 and the monthly EMI of Rs15983 for more than 12 months. Anil ji and Pawan ji told me that they will get a referral and adjust my ASF Annual Subscription fees but after calling them for more than 50 times and sending 25 emails as well the issue is not resolved yet. I have not used any service of CLUB Mahindra yet and when i asked them to cancel the membership they told me 60% of amount will be deducted so I am filing a case against Club Mahindra that even not using any service how come they can deduct the amount that have been paid to them. I have wasted my money.
Their sales team is fraud and liars.
Never ever buy anything from Club Mahindra.

Don't buy there membership and save tons of your hard earned money, there sales agents are sweet talkers. You will never able to book there resorts as they do not have availability. I tried to book there Wayanad resort and I am a red member 2nd from top. Last year I booked Mount Abu and holidays got cancelled even booking months before.

Very Bad experience, They just deduct emi but doesnt provide proper service.. no resorts available. clearly, they just money motive..

Though some of the CM privately-owned resorts are good but others are substandard.

Moreover, the Policy of CM is not in favour of the customer, they are more focused on their business rather customer.

Customer who has already accumulated 21 days holidays, will automatically get lapsed and the funny part is he has to pay for this. Over and above customer can not book their holiday without annual maintenance costs, despite of having paid holidays with them.

Hope the management will listen and act upon this.

I would sold the membership by giving false information. They gave coupons at petrol station saying that there is a lucky prize. Latter on they called and said you received a free lunch for your family (This is same for everyone I believe). We we went to CM Varca resort, they explained the membership concept and said that there is a discount of over 70,000 if I had signed up that very day. I latter on found
out that the actual price on the website was the same as the ones they mentioned after the so-called offer but was increased by over 70,000 to tempt customers into buying it. I was also informed that I had to pay the AFC only when I take holidays, hence I signed up for the membership.
When I found out that the information was false I cancelled by membership and was asked to wait for 90 working days to get my refund, which I did not get even after 130 working days! . I had to make hundred of calls and send emails to ask them to refund my amount and every time I would get the same reply that "we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we are expediting your process....". I spoke to even the manager and nobody just didn't seemed to care about the refund.
I finally got my refund after almost 6 months, and it was only after I emailed the BoD about the issue.
It's a shame that a reputed company like Mahindra, is so irresponsible and selling membership by fraud!.

According to them, you don't have to worry about any of your Accommodation plans as Club Mahindra has it all covered, they will provide you exquisite suites of one or two bedrooms and studio apartments according to your preference.
Pros:
• The cuisine facilities and other benefits provided by all of these resorts are excellent.
• Most of these resorts are situated either close to popular tourist destinations or beaches and hills.
