We were taken aback by the review and contacted the owner of the paragliding company, who was also surprised. To make up for the rescheduling, which was done for your safety, they provided you with a complimentary video capturing nothing but smiles.
Additionally, you booked the Freebird boat trip. We had recommended a different boat and provided a coupon specifically for that option to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the rescheduled paragliding. Unfortunately, without informing us, you chose to use the coupon for a larger cheaper catamaran tour instead, which you booked for a very cheap price.
Our team has always been ready to assist you through calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a very supportive manner even completly in Italian. We're puzzled by your decision to post a negative review without detailing your experience on the specific product pages where you booked, which could genuinely help other travelers. This approach makes us wonder if perhaps there was an element of your experience that left you particularly frustrated, prompting you to find someone to blame, or if you might be seeking further compensation.
