Really good service from Gary and Mo. Turned up bang on time , moved everything carefully and finished ahead of what I thought it would take .

I contacted Clockwork Removal Services to enquire about a quote for home furniture removal. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as quite arrogant. She did not listen to what I was explaining and spoke over me, which made the conversation unnecessarily stressful. Given that moving home is already a stressful process, this level of customer service was very off-putting.

I would like to add my enquiry was regarding a quote for ourselves not for Taylor Wimpey!

Got a very fair price from Dean at Clockwork to move us from West Yorkshire to County Durham. The 2 guys Dave and Andy did a faultless job moving all our possessions with not 1 thing damaged. They really couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and using Clockwork removals again.

Could not fault any of their work very efficient workers and well mannered would recommend them as very clean workers.

My mother has cognitive issues and the removals team at clockwork performed like thier name suggested. I had to liaise with the removal persons from abroad and my mother did not lift a finger and her and I were kept updated every step on the way. Would recommend 100%. Marie from the office also needs a special mention for all of the work she did behind the scenes. Thanks again

Overseas move was less than optimal. Packing crew onsite was excellent but what happened after removal was questionable. Consolidation of boxes occurred without recording which resulted in confusion and damages.Many furniture pieces arrived to destination very damaged. Fortunately, I had marine insurance but only recouped 40% of value of damages.

I've had my goods in storage for probably 13years. The goods have been shipped abroad. Everything is in great condition and the agents abroad were very efficient too.
I appreciate all the help while getting the items shipped and the great care while the items were stored. First class.

Excellent team, really efficient and careful and respectful and polite. All spoke english and were friendly and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.

Used Clockwork for storage but one storage container was omitted when household goods were shipped overseas. Excuse was "sorry, we forgot to include it". No compensation or apology offered.
Standard of packing was highly unprofessional - loose items in boxes with no packing paper resulting in damaged items.
Would never recommend this company.

The reference to shoddy packing was for a subsequent consignment from Orkney handled by Clark and Rose. 2 packers were sub-contracted from Clockwork and boxes packed by one of these packers was where damage occurred.

Stored items in Inverness for a over 6 months and an affordable rate. There was an issue with delivery which resulted in a delay of around 2 months. However, Clockwork delivered my items safely and all in order, with a discount as way of apology for the delay.

I can say that once the delay was rectified, a day was set in which delivery would be made, this went without a hitch and Chester was extremely careful unpacking from the truck. Ultimately happy with this service.

We had a great experience again with Clockwork. James assessed and managed the job brilliantly from start to finish. Josh, Kylie, and Allan helped with the move and did an excellent job—efficient, careful, and friendly throughout. This was the second time we’ve used the company, as they did a great job previously as well. Pricing was fair with no hidden costs, which we really appreciated. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Disappointing service from Clockwork when moving from larger home to smaller home out of town. Really disappointed. They were not the cheapest quote. The removals chaps were helpful and very polite but a number of things would lead me to not recommending Clockwork. Broken/dead house plants, TV broken, chair had been stood on and seat broken. All clothes were placed in boxes with no hanging rails so all our clothes extremely crumpled. There was no clear marking on boxes e.g. everyone used a different naming system - boxes named with room they came from, or room they were going into or just made up e.g. sewing room! This is not the team's fault, more lack of training. We paid for 2 sets of insurance packing damage and damage in transit the cover is very poor - e.g. price of a second hand TV suggested payout (probably cost the insurance company more to look for the cheapest TV they could find than they paid us). Also be very careful about move in times, we were delayed due to solicitors which cost us an additional £500 best to err on side of caution and agree later afternoon time so you don't have an additional bill.

I had some large, delicate wooden model ships to transport and store while we moved house. Clockwork’s specialist arm, Artlink, carefully packed, stored, transported and unpacked my ships and their perspex cases without any damage whatsoever. They knew exactly how to ensure the items were protected, and took great care in unpacking, checking the models and cleaning their cases. They are now safely on display in our new home and I’m both pleased and relieved I used them. I would highly recommend Clockwork’s Glasgow Artlink team to anyone wishing to move delicate, valuable or sentimentally important fragile items. Their staff are clearly experienced in managing such items, having worked for many years moving irreplaceable items for museums and collections.
