I arrived very early for my appointment. But was seen much earlier ,as there was a space. The service from the receptionist and consultant was excellent.

Immediate improvement
Following earwax build up and noticeble blocked feeling in my face/head, decided to visit Click in Westcliff.
So glad I did. Noticed an immediate improvement from their very professional technician, also the re-assirance of a hearing test. My visit was both very beneficial and interesting ( talk through as process took place)
Click hearing were very professional and friendly. Recommended to several of my musician colleagues who agreed with this review.

Had to take my 9 Yr old son to get his ears cleared out. The receptionist was very friendly and made sure to make my son feel comfortable before we were called in. The audiologist explained everything clearly to us both and regularly checked in to make sure my son was comfortable. Great service and great team
