Very helpful to us (a registered charity) in dealing with overseas funds transfer. Easy and friendly to deal with by 'phone (web-site a bit difficult to follow for the occasional layman user). Exchange rate always better than that offered by bank, and charges built into the rate, so no additional charge.

He even when beyond the call of duty to let me know that the pound was going through a temporary blip and offered to secure the rate for a few days whilst funds were being transferred.
