Do not buy from Facebook advertising.This FB website is a scam. Tracking and information is false. Never received merchandise. Efforts to contact company have not been answered.

Scammed from Instagram ad so watch out for classics-agave, customer care-vip, and densitye, the names I know so far related to this fraud. I tried to buy an off the shoulder sweater, Black Friday sale, but my credit card was denied. Closed the screen but because of IG autofill, they had my email address. Hit me up with you left something in your cart, here’s an extra 20% off if you complete the transaction. Fell for it. Entered a different credit card, approved, confirmation email, thought all was well. Woke up to different email from different company for higher amount, plus my first credit card originally declined on fraud hold with yet an even higher amount trying to get approved. Thankfully both my cc banks took care of the fraud but now I’m waiting for new cards during the holiday shopping season. I will never use a link via IG ad again.

The company is a scam. They put ads on Facebook - the one I fell for made it sound like they were Nordstrom - and never send anything. Don’t fall for it.

I ordered a raincoat on October 23rd. It is now November 20,2023 I have had 15 emails from the “scammers”. First one saying the shipment left the Netherlands. From then on it was all over the map. Do not order from this company. !!!!

This company is a total scam. Do not order anything from them. Flushing money down a toilet. Learn from my lesson.

I really hate to admit this, but I was totally scammed by this company. I ordered a couple of jackets on September 22. It’s now November 6 and still no jackets. The “tracking” information stopped updating 2 weeks ago when my packages were supposedly in Oregon and Delaware. The “tracking” website claimed the packages were shipped from Ireland and Portugal, but it’s obvious this company is based in China. I have contacted my bank and they have agreed to deal with the company on my behalf. I encourage anyone who has been defrauded by this bogus company to file a fraud claim with your bank. Lesson learned- ALWAYS check independent reviews for unfamiliar companies. Wish I had seen this site before I ordered!

I ordered three rain jackets as gifts and one for me. More than $150 spent more than four weeks ago. I got one email pretending to track the jacket from ‘Finland’ and haven’t heard anything else since. I am not holding out much hope that they will arrive or be the garments shown in photos. The ad I purchased from was on Facebook. Meta seems to make little or no effort to screen their advertisers for fraud.

This i the second phony clothing company I was ripped off by on FB. Won’t be fooled again. Also, I caution anyone from purchasing from Temu. Their privacy statement claims the right to retain your ID data.

I ordered from this company and my product isn't here over a month later. The company implied that the product was made in the US and somehow affiliated with Nordstom, neither of which are true as it is shipping from somewhere in Ireland?? I can't comment on the quality of my purchase because it still hasn't arrived, but I already regret making this impulsive
Facebook purchase.

Not as advertised, I've been trying for 1 month to get a full refund. Offered me 6US dollars, I said no then the next offer was 11 US dollars. I have refused.

So sad that we get scammed this way. The Jumpsuits they are advertising is not what you’ll receive. Please stay away.

Bought one of those jumpsuits and it didn't even look like the picture. They asked for pictures and when I did they just replied saying "They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years." And how they're "sorry it doesn't fit you", like the problem lies with me. An absolute joke.

They are defrauding people with this falsely advertised product. They won't post negative reviews to the site. Disputed the charge through paypal after receiving unsatisfactory response from customer support

100% a scam. The jumpsuits are cut super weird, have no stretch, definitely aren't breathable, and are in no way roomy or with a loose or baggy fit. All the pictures on their site are stolen directly from Free People. It took over three weeks to ship and they have a 30-day return policy. The company has yet to get back to me about a return so I'm disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Please save yourself and don't order from this scam site.

No stretch to my jumpsuit at all. Not as pictured. Cheaply made. Wish I checked around first to see if Classics Agave is legit. Please save your money and don’t buy from them. They also ship from Norway so order took a while.

Seriously the worst customer service! I was so excited about this order but of course I learned it’s a scam.
- The material is a joke and not what was pictured at all. It feels cheaply made.
- There is no stretch whatsoever, which doesn’t help my pregnant self.
I emailed them stating that the sizes I ordered do not fit and I wanted a return label and a refund. They told me they needed a number of the original package, but we had just moved the weekend before so I did not have that. I sent them my order number and confirmation email and they told me that they can’t do anything at this point and that what they sent me was correct. They suggested I gift them to someone… I’m still emailing them and they said they can’t do a refund but can confiscate me 6USD, I paid $49.94USD. So stupid and a waste of money and time.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! OR ANY that offers WIDE LEG JUMPSUIT. I emailed them 2 hours after purchase to cancel my items and the site stated it was canceled. When I received a processed email, I contacted them again. They said I had to wait till I received it and see if I liked it. It's a crap company and business. I have been emailing them since Feb 28 till now which is March 21!

Scam. Jumpsuit is terrible material. Refused to give me the return address. I’d ask, they’d say shipping would be expensive, I say that’s okay just tell me the address, they say it’s expensive to ship to China, I say it’s okay, they suggest not doing it bc it’s expensive, around and around and around. So frustrating. I’m out $60. Don’t buy from here

Yep, what the others said. A total scam. I feel stupid, but the actual ordering process appeared decent. It was just a front, and Paypal is actually making me send back the trash I received. To China. Face palm.
