Biggest scam artists ever. No such thing as refund. Their size chart is so erroneous and I follow it by using tape measure. Pants were enormous on me. They replied i ordered an xl so give to a friend. We do not refund on items that were correctly ordered. Ignored all follow ups. Stay away. They are crooks

I ordered from this company. I had multiple issues. 1. I was over charged by 10$. 2. Website states ships from Florida. It actually ships from china. 3. Website states return policy of 30. They do not honor that. 4. Charged my card under a different companies nameThe emails I received from customer service offered 3 dollars back and after 6 emails I was offered 13 dollars back. The emails were extremely pore grammar and obviously a language barrier. This is a total scam. I reported them to the federal trade commission as well as American Express

Went to purchase something online. Card was charged multiple times and not one charge was for what I tried to purchase. Hack and Fraud

I know I never ordered from this company. I have no idea how they got my credit card info but I have many credit cards. Does anybody know how this will show up as on my credit card so that I can dispute it with the bank? I tried to tell them over 2 months ago when they said the jeans I ordered or being delayed, that I never even heard of their company. They told me it was too late to cancel. I said cancel what I never ordered anything. Lo and behold a pair of jeans, twice my size show up. There is no invoice inside just a pair of jeans inside a clear bag which is inside the shipping bag that does not have an address for me to return it to. I have no idea how much these jeans even were. Now I have to waste an entire day looking through every credit card invoice that I have to find out how much they actually charged me. So someone could tell me how this company shows up on an invoice, you would save me so much time and I would be so very grateful

Ordered according to size chart. Pants too short, too small. Size chart is wrong. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges offered. Gave me back $10 for $83 ordered of unbearable clothing. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They should clearly say no refunds, no returns on order forms!!! Would have given a 0 Star if it was an option!!!🤬

Scam alert. Purchased a romper swimsuit showed being shipped from Croatia. Fake shipping to appear to have arrived to the US but no logistics update after. Reached out to the company and they couldn’t tell me the name of the
Logistics company that was delivering. File a claim with the Attorney General office.

What a scam!!! It’s been over 5 weeks since I ordered 2 romper bathing suits and the tracking stopped 10 days ago in Des Moine. It originally started in Ireland but when I ordered it the location said coming from Florida. If I knew that I would’ve never ordered it! Can’t get a hold of anyone. Should’ve been smarter than that and not ordered from FB on an unknown site. Don’t Do It!

I ordered something last fall and never received it. I have written several times and I'm told "they're checking with the supplier." I also am getting something from UPS that's asking me for an additional shipping cost using a credit card - which I won't give them. My purchase included shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Don't even know who they are and their customer service is horrible.

Their return policy is if it doesn’t fit give it to charity. What a lousy buisness. Don’t give them your business!

I ordered two sweaters 2 months before Christmas as gifts. They arrived in Jan. They also could not be worn as one sleeve was sewn in the middle of the chest rather than at shoulder level. Many emails and pictures later and all they offered was 5 USD and allowing me to keep them. Maybe I can use them for dog sweaters.

Ordered an item for 29.99 plus 6.99 shipping for 36.98 total (USD) Totally fine. Then I get a second email from a different company saying they are handling the customer experience and my charge is 44.38. I have emailed both classics agave and the other company with no reply or bogus websites or chat bots that don’t answer. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank and will not order from them again.

This company is a sham! Don’t buy from them! If you did buy from them, like I did, you probably got ripped off.

REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE FTC!!! I DID. I ALSO REPORTED THEM TO PAYPAL & MY CREDIT CARD.

I spent $84 and they’re trying to settle by giving me $10! I wish I could send a picture of the ridiculous, miss shaped “sweaters” they sent me. Completely unwearable! One side of the sweater is about 4” long & the other is about 14” long! Ludicrous!

Same as some other reviews, do not buy from them. They will not allow refunds/returns. They use stock photos and items are not as pictured! Don’t do it!

Purchased jumpers (asymmetrical ponchos) from Instagram in 2 colors. Took over a month to arrive tried to return and all they gave our excuses and only want to give me three dollars back of $80 I spent. Writing to BBB and the FCC. Nowhere on the site does it say they do not accept returns. They even refused to send me return label. Package originated in Ireland beginning of December

SCAMMED! Ordered a Nordstrom raincoat 3+ months ago on Insta; tracking showed it arrived in Columbia, MD back on 12/14/23. No word, no response. Think TrackingHub.com shares blames as well. Total con!

I bought a drape jumper, the sleeves don't even line up, it wasn't meant to be a crop jumper. A piece of rubbish!

All reviews about this website that are more than 1 star are fake (notice positive reviews November 2023 and prior). The tracking page is also fabricated. The tracking started in Switzerland, found out later it was actually China, and like the others all updates stopped at some point. I’ve since found the same exact sweater on multiple fake websites like Rachly.com, curvy waves.com, comfy blouse.com + more. I’m out $57.76 for the mostly poorly sewn piece of fabric I’ve ever seen. Lesson learned!

I hate to admit it but I was scammed and I paid on 11/15/2023 (3 MONTHS AGO!!) for a rain jacket I have not received. I believed it was from Nordstroms, but then received email tracking the package from Ireland! Then it just disappeared, and of course there is no way to get a refund. I feel like a fool. And it disturbs me that they have my credit card number.

I believe this site to be another Instagram ad scam. My order has never been delivered and it’s virtually impossible to reach anyone. I have tracking from over a month ago, it apparently made it to the US but has been sitting for over 10 days with no movement.
