Patience

The company is irresponsible when receiving a complaint on their member

The company is irresponsible when responding and remains inapproachable when they need to follow very certain matters through, all while it is excusing on trivia since February 2026. They operate against the Care framework of the Institute of Customer Service and at the contrary to the standards in the Customer Charter of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Water damage to my kitchen

After water detection test found vast pool of water under my kitchen corner unit, I contacted Tesco, my Home Insurers, who placed me into the very capable hands of Claims Consortium Group. I appreciated being kept informed, at every stage of the repairs, and the damage to my kitchen was rectified in a very satisfactory way.

Rapid response

Rapid response - devised a strategy in terms of a survey that was appropriate to the amount of damage, so that the claim was settled quickly.
This was backed up by a transparent approach, so that I was kept informed.

Prompt response

There was a prompt response to our household claim resulting from the freak storm Goretti. Paul was professional and sympathetic and a good communicator. We were satisfied with a fair result.

Claim

Went through 3 different people which took a lot longer than it should. The end result was satisfactory.

Very impressed

Sophie was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my claim. I had all the information to hand and it was approved within about a week and settlement came a few days later.

I started my claim in the beginning of…

I started my claim in the beginning of October dealt with someone in Suffolk I live in wirral my claim is a genuine one I have had a face to face meeting with an assessor he looked at my property seen that my claim was all kosher yet here I am at the end of December and still not received anything or even an acknowledgement of what Is going on in my experience is anything to go by if your insurance company has any dealings with this group I would avoid like the plague
