Steff was polite and professional

Both Gabriel and Jess have been very helpful in trying to resolve my problem in the fastest way possible. Keeping on top of the contractors and trying to bring forward resolution. I now have a date which may change for the better. Both Gabriel and Jess show a caring attitude and keep in touch with updates.

Jess was fantastic at walking me through the claim process. She was extremely patient and helpful at every step of the way including going above and beyond to try and assist me. Can’t fault a thing and a massive thank you to Jess for her time today.

Gabriel from the admin team was very friendly and helpful. He responded quickly and effectively to my numerous requests. I could not have asked for better service!

Gabriel was quick, effective and really easy to talk to, getting right to the point and helping me with all my question. Really good friendly service.
