Chris & Gareth were very professional, friendly & patient with us in selling our late parents’ house. It was a bumpy journey in that we had to wait for probate then Deputyship, then our mother sadly passed away too, the list goes on & on but both Chris & Gareth were our rock! Our purchasers were patient too & waited, & waited…
As soon as Gareth came to value the house I was at ease with him, he wasn’t pushy, no pressure. Just genuine interest & honesty from them all the whole way.
Their advice on our asking price was spot on too, we had a couple of viewings before we had our firm offer, very soon, it was quick.
Consequently I now recommend CJ Hole to everybody!

I purchased from CJ Hole and must say was very impressed with the service I received. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Georgina got things moving and hurried the sale along, and keep me updated. Gareth was very accommodating on the many visits I requested and also Chris. All in all a very good team.

Shocking behaviour - gave the homeowners of a property we had agreed a sale on a higher offer despite having sent us the memorandum of sale etc and we had already arranged school place for our daughter - total contempt for us as buyers and just money/commission driven - do yourself and your kids a massive favour and avoid this estate agents at all costs

I put my flat up for sale after the first lockdown in 2020 and the staff at CJ Hole, Worcester made the whole experience go smoothly. Made sure our move went through as smoothly as possible. We had some problems with the seller delaying etc but our agent really helped to put the pressure on and got the sale though just before the lockdown which was a huge relief. 100% would recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely fab service!
